Unfortunately I have lost some of my height over the years, and all my pants were piling up on my shoes. The natural place to go was Red Hanger, where I take all my cleaning. They recuffed 5 pairs of slacks, in shorter time than promised, and they look great again! Thanks again for a job well done!

I took my winter wool coat to have it dry cleaned before storing it for the summer. I went to pick it up & the nice girl couldn't find my account not to mention my coat. I went home to double check that I didn't already pick it up. No coat. Went back. A very young girl couldn't pull up my account, said I wasn't a customer there & there was nothing she could do. Frustrating! This was not the first time I've had dry cleaning done there & they pulled up my account with my phone #in the past. She said to call Corp office in Layton.
I called Corp. The woman was very nice. She quickly found my account, somehow the number was now wrong in their system. She found my coat & never charged me for it.
They did a good job finding the problem & my coat. The very young teen could use some customer service training. Other then dealing with the very young girl, Red Hangar did a good job.
