Our 2023 taxes were processed incorrectly! Supposedly we owed over $2,000! When we had our taxes reprocessed, we owed NOTHING!! I DO NOT trust H & R Block to get "the lowest refund, GUARANTEED!!!"

You WILL pay much more than you expect. Ask their price immediately, state the documents you will be filing so they can tell you the quote upfront.Do not let them scam you into filing your taxes in their system. You will be billed out and you are going to lose much more money than filing your taxes yourself, and the employee might be barely trained. No offense, it's 2024, taxes filings are not what they used to be, e-file yourself, everything is user friendly these days, and pat yourself on the back for saving yourself money.

The worst experience I've ever had with a tax filing. I came here to get my taxes done faster and smoother than using turbotax myself. Huge mistake. I was in there for 3 hours until closing time without a completion, due to: 1. Incompetent employees that are not trained with their systems. 2. Incompetent employees that have no clue how to save money for customers for proper tax document submissions, a far cry from "tax professionals". I was not told an estimated price once we started, nor was I even asked about my general situation to know what tax docs I should submit. The employee would have submitted my W2 immediately without even asking me for other information I had if I did not stop him and tell him I had more documents on hand. 3. Systems were crashing throughout the process, and their hardware wasn't working so that I could give signatures. 4. The supervisor left the employees to their own incompetence 2 hours before close, leaving me to try to help him them complete my own taxes myself. I assisted with getting them through screens and with finding new hardware to unplug and install. 5. The level of frustration with not only the employees but the supervisor made me feel like I was an inconvenience to everyone, I did not feel like a valued customer.I filed a complaint to the corporate office, and was told this office would reach back out to me. They did today and DID NOT offer me a bigger discount, so I'll have to pay $200 to have an entire evening after work wasted, as my taxes weren't filed properly until the next day. The $60 discount was given to me before all of the issues happened before the manager left the office which appears to be some kind of promo, I was not given to me for the 3 hour experience without the resolution.All I had was a W2, 1099-B, and 1098. The employee could BARELY read through these documents to enter information and had limited understanding of his system while inputting.I would never trust this office to file my taxes and highly dissuade anyone from going to themI do not like leaving review bombs but this office practically begged for one. The most I should be paying them is $50. Beyond ridiculous that they're still in business. Use TurboTax people, it's a fraction of the price, don't make my same mistake. I'll probably get audited because of this office.Update 2/5/24: the office supervisors offered me an additional $20 discount. This makes my total $180.My review still stands as a warning to future customers.

My tax Pro Erika was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly and walked me through my taxes quickly and efficiently. I even had to bring my daughter with and she was super nice to her and was super nice with the whole experience. Ask for Erika when you go in!

A wonderful experience all together. I scheduled an appointment for 1 PM, showed up early and we got started right away. They were professional and got it done super fast with me while I was there. By 1:18 PM I was out the door. Much better and faster than trying to do this myself or having a non-professional person help.
