I booked a semi-emergency appointment as one of the last appointments before closing. I tried to do the dreaded self haircut and needed help to fix it.
My husband and I arrived early for the appointment. I waited in the lobby, as one does. He went and got a cookie for us to share because I was beginning to have a diabetic low. No one other than the manager seemed to mind us having a little snack. The manager immediately threw my husband out of the store for food and drink. He began walking home, so I had to cancel my appointment. I will NEVER be back.

10 yrs ago, I went here to trim my hair, but it worsened the result! so last night I came there because I thought it is different now the employees were there. and i want my hair back to cut nicely because i can't on my back, and I ask if they cut the hair I like, and LAWDEN said she can. but my God, it's non-sense of the money I paid and giving the tips!! I will never go back there again because they don't know how to cut the hair of ladies!!!!!the black hair that she cut!!!!

Laura is the best! She has been taking care of my family at this location for years. I can trust her to keep my husband looking fresh and my little girl from hating me because she only like the tiniest amount of hair trimmed as possible.

Just got a quick haircut today. My stylist was kind and fun to talk to. The online check-in was nice. It saved me a 45-minute wait. The only complaint is that I didn't get the hair brushed off me very well. I found a whole bunch around my ears on the drive back to work. Overall a good experience though!
