“The five stars is for the employees and not the store. Smiths corporate has taken advantage not only of their faith but use it to justify the way they treat their customers and employees. If you ever walk into a Smith's you can see the anguish on these peoples faces from the continuous corporate abuse. As a customer I applaud these people for tolerating their management and still have the ability to work with the public. Smith's has declined over the past twenty years and now I can only hope they will reap what they have sow.”
