Very convenient to drop off a package along with the mailing label while in Walgreens. It's a nice convenience for customers.

FedEx can't understand how a mailbox works? Customer is not home? LEAVE IT IN THE MAILBOX. Why would you burn more gas coming to my house tomorrow and the next day when you can simply LEAVE THE PACKAGE IN THE MAIL BOX. THAT IS WHY MAIL BOXES WERE INVENTED FYI.

I have used this Walgreens over the years to have my FedEx packages delivered and have never had a problem. The service is great. I am always able to walk in, get the packaged scanned and dropped off within minutes.

Worst customer service. Shut down before i even approached the counter. No hello, how can i be of help- just a straight forward we dont take fed ex packages here not prepped. I literally packaged it and had the label in hand!! Box sealed already. Ive seen these places fail in many stores- this is why!

Terrible service and a very bland, lifeless, depressing customer experience. Very unbecoming staff. Please use UPS from here on and save yourself the wasted energy of dealing with the lowest wrung of the ladder.

8/12/21 Another package taking the tour.Update: once again they don't know where my package is, and are apparently driving it around somewhere, while 1600 gallons of water are sitting in my spa without bromine, during a drought.According to tracking, they have been driving my package around Northern Utah for nearly a month, but never attempt to deliver it. I've had dates that haven't taken me out for drives as often as this package makes it around town.Maybe they wouldn't need to hire more drivers if they would just deliver the packages on their truck instead of trying to have long term relationship with them.

I have been waiting for a package to be delivered for three days! I get a text every morning that requires me to be home and sign for the package. The link always says the package is coming from this FedEx (North SLC). The package never arrives and the tracking number always says will be delivered next day

They don't print labels at this location. Had to backtrack way across town. Lost a full hour of my day!!

I boxed up my package and my instructions said if i didnt have a label then i could save the printing label to my phone and show the label to at any Fedex, Dollar General or Walgreens store and they will print it for me. Apparently not this Walgreens store. They said they only do drop off and pick ups. Very unhelpful and unenthused to assist me. It made my convenient experience very inconvenient.

They wanted me to buy boxing tape because my box wasn't sealed, but I was suppose to keep box unsealed before sending so employee could verify contents....
