The cashier was telling me about their rewards program before checking me out. I politely declined to sign up. As I was leaving, the cashier exclaimed, "You paid full price!" in front of a bunch of people.I was in a hurry. Please don't push your rewards program on me when I've already told you I don't want it.

The new guy Marv doesn’t know the difference between a refill and a new soda he is the dumbest employee I’ve yet to deal with and argued on it the price is massively different when your always buying refill it adds up if ya see him avoid him the rest of the staff are amazing.

Just your typical 7-Eleven experience. Customers and cashiers yelling at each other. Expletives in front of my kids. You know, just what you'd expect at 7-Eleven.

I went into this 7 11 and asked for a pack of cigarettes I showed the clerk my id he looked at it and then asked for my birthday so I told him the year I was born 87 he asked me again for my birthday so I told him the exact date. He refused to sell me cigarettes when I asked him why he said that my answer wasn't valid enough so I showed him my id again and told him my exact birthdate and he still refused to sell to me I asked him why " he said that he couldn't read my id" so I asked "well who's fault is that"he responded with "it's your fault"so I told him it's my fault you can't read." He argues with me for a couple of seconds and again refused to sell to me So I asked to speak with his manager "he replied I am the manager" so I asked to speak with his supervisor he responded with " I am the supervisor." So I asked are you seriously not going to sell me cigarettes I come in here almost everyday he said "no." This is by far the most disrespectful employees/manager/supervisor I have ever encountered in my life. I've called the store and asked to speak with the manager and the clerk who refused to sell to me answered the phone and told me he is the manager so I asked for his name He told me his name is Roric and he's been working there for 7 years he and then tried to argue with me about his reasons for not selling to me I told him all I am asking for is your name and how to spell it he then told me I could contact the owner Ed which is exactly what I would like to do. please contact me at my e mail. Bill & Ed are amazing! I like to go there because of their hospitality. I'm close to maverick and prefer going here instead.
