The North Logan post office passes on un paid shipping fees to the receiver of items. Which is ludicrous and I would argue criminal.I just moved to North Logan from Logan and the Logan post office and every other shipping service I have EVER used passes on un paid shipping to the shipper of an item not the receiver. It makes no sense to pass on un paid shipping to the receiver because then someone could send you a hundred boxes full or rocks with unpaid shipping amounts and you would be forced to pay thousands for nothing. Senders pay for shipping not receivers. It makes no sense to do it otherwise.

I don't know her name, but one worker there was just absolutely lovely! The nicest person I think I've ever met

The women that work here are always so rude and act as if you’re just there bothering them. They’ve never been kind. I went in to discuss a missing package and got zero help. My package is still missing with no answers.

I had a issue with some mail not being picked up from a collection box. I went into the office right before closing time and talked with the man at the desk about this problem and he went and talked to the manager Matthew. He came back and said that Matthew would go out to the collection box and check it himself. Around 6:00 or so I got a call from Matthew explaining what had happened. A little while after the phone call I got a detailed email and apology that I can send to the customers who’s packages delayed. Although this was a inconvenience to me I was very impressed with the way Matthew went about this situation. It is nice to know that there are some institutions with good customer service.

There’s always this one lady who is always polite and bright with a kind smile…she’s got a slick ponytail and then there’s this one rude lady who doesn’t hear her tone because I genuinely think she doesn’t hear herself, she was blonde (and was helpful in the end, just not in a very nice tone)I’d give five stars to the ponytail lady. She always makes sure I feel better before I leave, what an angel. Thank you.

I have never once had a good interaction with this post office. If you can get them on the phone, you'll be met with rudeness. On multiple occasions I have gone to collect packages that I know for a fact are there, and being told that they are not. I regularly avoid ordering things that will ship via USPS because of this post office.

This post office has not successfully delivered a package to my apartment building in months. The package is always sent back to the post office and I have to pick it up. The last time I went in for a package they had thrown it away and now I have to replace a $100 item.

I walked two miles carrying large boxes to this post office because the webpage said I could print a label here. The woman working behind the counter was so rude to me, told me they didn't do that, and when I insisted that the website said they could she told me that I should go to the library. I told her I walked two miles and she just shrugged and didn't even express sympathy or sorry.

Why is it closed??? What is going on? I sent a prepaid package from here days ago, and it has yet to move! I have checked the tracking number several times, but it still says that USPS is awaiting item, but it isn’t! Please make this right! My customer is waiting for their package!

The three strikes I have against this post office in particular, so far. These are just from the past two months:1. Package not delivered because the address was "wrong" it was not, in fact, wrong. It was just up a few flights of stairs. I checked the label after getting it, everything was addressed properly. This was a birthday present for my partner. I had to call quickly and have it held, as they were then attempting to return to sender without ACTUALLY trying to deliver it the first time, according to the information given when I checked the tracking number and what I was able to physically witness. I was home at the time of this "delivery" and saw the driver, no attempt to bring the package upstairs.2. Package left on top of the mailboxes, near a trash bin, not in my mailbox of course, where it would be safe and behind a lock. This was my medication. If I lived in a shadier area, I would be without it now. Way to go USPS.3. Package not delivered because I couldn't run from the bathroom to the front door fast enough to sign for it. I went to the website immediately (only a minute after the note was left, according to the time written on it) and opted to just pick it up the following morning because I'm, at this point, incredibly tired of dealing with them. I went by to pick it up, the following morning (Saturday)they said they didn't see my request until I came in, and sent it out to be delivered again. The day is almost done and I've been waiting at home so that I don't miss the narrow window available, still nothing. Tracking info says nothing more than that I should be able to pick it up, per my request. This package is AN ENGAGEMENT RING and I need to make sure it's sized correctly before I propose. Now to wait for Monday so I can, once more, try to get my package, either from the post office, or delivered to my door, perhaps equally as likely to be left on top of the mailbox.

The women who work in the office always make me feel so stupid and sad when I go there to send packages. I have questions. I always ask them kindly and am willing to do what they ask but I would rather drive all the way across town to the other post office than interact with these people who treat me so poorly.

The carriers don't care if they get mail and packages to the right place or not. We're constantly getting other people's mail and not getting our own (USPS owes me $55 so far that of course I won't get). And when they do deliver stuff to the wrong place, they just throw their hands up and say sorry for the inconvenience.
