Bought a disposable and less than 8 hours later it starts pulling on its own and burning juice. Called them and was advised to just use it regardless. It seems to be an issue with manufacturing. Didn't really get any useful information other than it should have a safety from getting too hot. If something is wrong with it maybe the safety isn't proper if it's auto drawing. Just got an "Well, youre SOL" attitude. Friendly folks, just not helpful when an issue arises.

Aside from being OVERPRICED. I always tip a couple, few, several dollars. Not today when I went in.. Customer service is streaky here. Riverwalk Vapors on the southside of town is much much better.

This place is unique, they have a lot more than tobacco supplies. They have a huge variety of incense...nag Champa varieties. Plus a ton of other brands. It's definitely more than just a smoke shop!
