This dispensery used to be good. The new manager absolutely sucks.I checked in, then spoke to the counter lady. The manager proceeds to come up and start issues. Long story short. Both patients had valid ID and medical cards. 1 was buying. Both were checked in as patients. Proceeds to tell us we could not talk about anything, and if one wasn't buying, they had to leave.*Nice way to put this*

2 people coming to dispensary as patients, both check in with utah medical card and state issues IDs. 1 person didn't plan on purchasing today, the staff decided the one not buying is not allowed to speak or look at products then. But I am still a patient! Doesn't make sense. Ogden flower shop has NEVER treated us like this. Absolutely absurd and staff was rude. Came here 1 time before with no issues. Updated, a few years later. from 5/5 to 1.What a sad, sad, place this has become. It went from a ‘Patient first’, safe, no matter which day you chose to go and get your fiercely overpriced medication, plus the fees, AND the cost of renewal and initially getting a medical card, place. (i know the prices are not a logan problem.)The problem with this Pharmacy IS NOT the internal LOCAL crew, it is upper management and the switch to Corporate Company Greed. It’s not our small town safe feeling ‘perfect earth’. which i grew to love, and made my love for cannabis and knowledge GROW.I have been a patient since opening, and have witnessed, and stuck with the decline, until recently. It’s crystal clear from many, many, patients whether they’re ‘day one patients’ or ‘newer patients.’ So many inconsistencies on percentage on flower, what day it will fall under sativa, indica, or hybrid on the menu, even though it’s the same strain.I won’t even comment on their concentrates, (still need a lot of work.) the prices have gone down, which was a must. That’s the only positive thing i can say.Very sick people are coming in, looking for natural, pure, consistent, clean relief. And i feel the flower shop has lost all aspects of medical needs and are mainly focused on the cash gains. Utah is still Medical, they are PATIENTS, not customers.The wait time has increased due to large rise in patients, and pharmacy not equipped with enough registers to handle the rushes.Nate, Cory, Levi, if you can catch them, you’re in great hands. Jason, the Pharmacist, AMAZING.—Their product quality HAS gotten better throughout the years, with a much better price point.High Variety 5g for $50 flower is decent, along with their $60 full gram 510 cartridges, & High Variety Edibles. They’ve seemed to get those three things down.They carry a variety of brands now, which is cool too.Professional, clean, laid back, all in one. 5/5 stars for me! I’ve told many of friends!

Highly recommend this place for your medical needs. They have good discounts when I am there, although I wish they would discount flower. I recommend the High Variety 5g 8ths, its generally A LOT better than the other flower they have.

Best pharmacy in Utah, other than the one in bountiful.. I won't mention their name and that's just my opinion! The only thing that keeps this pharmacy from being five stars is their inventory sucks. I like strong potent high THC products so this isn't the place for that... Also please stop posting the percentage of THC on your website only for me to come to your store and have it not be the correct percentage you guys are infamous for that!! what do you do? just type in whatever number you want on the website to get folks in the door? You need to correct that especially when people drive a couple hours to go there it's awfully disappointing... Sometimes I'm forced to go to the joint in Brigham City and that's fine they have a lot better products and plenty of potent stuff however the people are morons and extremely ignorant at the pharmacy in Brigham City...

One of the worst dispensaries next to the Brigham one. They offer “delivery to Brigham” at their Logan dispensary. But literally every time you try to place an order it is a huge hassle. Works maybe once a month if I’m lucky. They are the only ones with a decent inventory (besides wholesome) but I can’t even order delivery because their site never works. Their rewards app doesn’t even let me log in either. I have sent numerous emails, calls, they never respond to me. So basically the only dispensary around here worth the hassle is wholesomeco. But when they run out of what I need I’m sol because this dispensary doesn’t do anything they offer. Utah sucks ??

Loved this place before their new manager. Used to meet all my medical needs and was a safe place for all. Since management has changed I would no longer recommend this medical dispensary. Be cautious of new manager KJ. There were many HIPPA violations in my visit today. Hopefully something changes in the near future.
