Good variety of equipment. As long as you plan to go at slower times doesn’t feel overly crowded.Price is too high when compared to similar gyms in SLC , but they’ve got a monopoly in the valley so they can charge what they want.I wish the bathrooms were cleaner. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t see the toilets looking like they’d just been destroyed. Maybe have cleaning staff check hourly, or install higher flow toilets to take care of the damage all the high protein diets are inflicting. It starts to smell at times.

Absolute trash management. They say they close at 10 pm but for tennis they will come kick you out at 9pm. When we tried to inform management of this issue, we never got a reply. There is no transparency on when they actually close their tennis courts. I don't know if they are incompetent or just don't care. Also, they keep their indoor courts extremely cold and never heat it even when we ask them!! I can see my own breath in there when I play which is absolutely ridiculous. Almost no different to playing outside. Do not go here if you can if you want a positive experience. Horrible business management and etiquette.

Do not sign up for the swim classes. I signed my son up for the parent tot class in December. I was charged the initial $25 for the first class. I saw that they added dates for new classes starting 1/2/2024. Due to my schedule, I was trying to switch to the January class. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone related to the swim department. I left a voicemail, texted the number and sent them an email. I finally recieved an email from them advising that they could move me to the class starting 1/4/2024.1/4/2023 came around and I was getting ready to leave work to get my son to this class. I happened to look at the website to check the address. As I was looking at the classes I saw that they were now showing the class start 1/9/2024. I was provided ZERO notice that the date had changed and would have shown up to no class today. I called and not shockingly was not able to get ahold of anyone that knows anything that the swim department is doing. I texted the number to my have listed and actually heard back confirming that the class session did not start until 1/9/2024. This place is not worth the headache. I asked for my refund and they said they would refund me however we’ll see if that happens.

$40 for a day pass for me and my son, that is insane. Hopefully someone opens another gym and charges normal prices to give this place some competition.

They are no longer offering the Active Fit program through my insurance. Really bummed since it is the only place with a pool and gym.I do not think it is worth $100+ a month for a membership. Cache Valley needs a Rec center like Provo does. That have more to offer kids, and is not super expensive for a membership. But, the owners of SARC keep buying people out so that does not happen. Fitness should be for everyone. Not just those who can afford a $300+ start fee. Also, your site is confusing and needs more help. Super confusing to use.

I absolutely love it here! The facility is always clean, and the pool and locker rooms are the best in town!

This place is constantly fixing and remodeling. I understand that staff need maintenance but is hard to know and to plan when you have some goals. This place is good but getting overcrowded. People in front desk and swimming is always amazing . This place is getting full and membership is a bit pricey for what you get!! Don’t come here there is not place for more people.

My daughter goes to the all academy preschool here. This is her first year of preschool and I was nervous that she would cry a lot because she has some separation anxiety, but she absolutely loves it and her teachers are the best!!! She has Miss Jenn as her main teacher and she always tells me how nice miss Jenn is! They also include tumbling, swimming and tennis lessons as part of preschool and it’s always fun to see the things she’s learning, highly recommend this preschool!

We were charged $50 back when we signed up for the preschool early this year, which was part of the sign up fee. We canceled in April when we found out we were moving, and they wouldn’t refund us for the preschool even though it was 4 months before the preschool started. We were actually fine with this at the time, because we understood it may not have been refundable, but then today they charged us $200 (now September), when we received email confirmation that Summer was taken off the list. So they took her off the preschool list but not the billing list. So we are out $250, without having ever attended, nor can we attend, the preschool.

This place is toxic, the employees fat shamed this poor lady, making fun of her behind her back. I felt sick to my stomach, how they put her down. If you struggle with weight issues dont go to these people!

Swimming lessons are horrible. The classes are to fill for the kids to have real instruction. The kids only get 2 times with the teacher each session. The rest of the time they are sitting around.

Another upsetting night dealing with parents leaving their kids at a gym where they have signs posted 16 and older. They had young girls goofing off in the cardio room and messing around in the adult locker rooms. It's getting to the point that it's frustrating to relax in the "spa treatment" that we are paying for, or even being able to use the equipment because 8 to 14 year old kids are playing on the equipment, goofing off, and being in locker rooms they shouldn't be in.They need to get a night shift manager to kick out these kids before I lose it and end up getting in trouble for scolding someone else's kid because they aren't responsible enough. The sign walking in to the women's locker room says children between 4 and under 16 are not permitted. There is a family bathroom/locker room for them and also another women's and men's locker room for those kids. Please staff PLEASE!!!! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE YOUNG KIDS TAKING PICTURES IN THE LOCKER ROOM AND MESSING AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!
