Brandon at Saddleback was our saving grace. We were 100 miles in for a 3 day road trip on our new road glide and realized the suspension hadn't been set. He didn't blink an eye grabbed the tool and helped us adjust it in the parking lot. Our next bike will be bought from Brandon at Saddleback. THANK YOU! Immediate ride difference.

The staff here are awesome, friendly and amazing with everything from having my Harley shipped from out of state to a simple oil change and knowing what will eventually need to be replaced in the near future. Great people in a home town dealership who really do remember you every time you walk in the door.

Definitely recommend going in and speaking with Brandon at the counter if you need anything. He's super knowledgeable and provides great service and will never push you to buy anything. He will also give great recommendations if you are having issues with your bike. He has helped me with my Fatboy a handful of times!

10/10! I called up to the store and spoke to Mike on the phone. Told him what I was looking for and what I was able to do and he made it all happen! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease knowing that I wasn’t going to be pushed into looking at something else. Mike got me through all the paper work with no issues and was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to purchase another one and I will spread the word to friends and family of what an awesome place this was. Thanks again!

Very disappointed. It’s actually a zero. We walked in no one greeted us. We were looking T bikes sitting on them and it took a hot minute for one guy to say something. Then I asked a price of the bike and he said that was highly doubtful when I mentioned it was more expensive than the dealership we go to in other state. There was a blonde girl that just stared never addressed us just stared. I guess the new joke is what happens when two white people, a black person and a Cuban walk into Logan Harley….. nothing great story right!

Mike Udy and Saddleback Harley are by far the best dealership in Utah. I just bought a 2024 road glide from Mike. After feeling like I was not treated fair in Utah County, I started reaching out to dealerships in Utah. After talking with Mike about the new 2024 road glide I knew I was at the right place to purchase the new bike. His knowledge, honesty, fairness and competitive pricing were right on par with his kindness and customer service.
