As a vet clinic 5 stars. My wife used to take her pets here all the time. But unfortunately they recently decided to get a lot more political. Why can't a vet clinic just help animals and stay out of politics.

They always take care of my little prince Leo with the best care. They care about pet parents in their feelings and make sure that we as pet owners know the procedures and things that are going on with our animal and feel safe about getting those things done has had several surgeries and has every reason to feel afraid when he goes to the vet, but all he does is love all the text and the doctors, thank you for your services

I just have to give heartfelt thanks to some hands down AMAZING VETS, as well as Chiropractic vets.
My little guy jumped off our bed recently and suffered severe spinal injuries, causing partial paralysis to his rear legs.
We were so heartbroken and afraid we would lose this little one. But after going to Bear River Animal Hospital and the very caring and helpful professionals there, we were given hope! Somehow through our efforts to help our sweet boy we were advised that seeing a Pet Chiropractor may help with his injuries.
We ended up at Mountain View Veterinary Clinic in Logan. We saw Dr. James Israelsen who is so wonderful, down to earth and completely knowledgeable about everything he is dealing with. He even sat down and explained everything that was happening to our dog. As well as showing us beneficial stretches to incorporate for our little one.
After only one visit our boy was walking and actually lifting his rear legs!!!
As well, his pain was almost fully relieved.
I am so beyond grateful and appreciative to Dr. Meyer at Bear River Animal hospital and to Dr. Israelsen in Logan. They truly care about their animal patients and go far beyond to ensure they will recover and thrive after injury.
I and my family are so very appreciative to these Wonderful people, Thank you so very much!!!

I am so impressed with Mountain View Veterinary Clinic. Both locations are so great to work with. My dog recently needed to be immediately seen and they were so great to accommodate her. I knew from the moment we talked to someone that my dog was in good hands. The compassion, professionalism and knowledge the team members had was very helpful. They answered my questions, explained what was going on and was always willing to ease my worries and take my phone calls during this stressful time for my dog and I. I am so grateful to Dr Israelsen and Dr Jensen and the amazing staff who I'm sure I can't name all who impacted my dogs stay and her care. Thank You!!

Dr. Israelsen is by far the best veterinarian I have ever encountered. He is extremely kind, patient, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. He loves your animals as though they are his own. All of the techs and associates at the North Logan office are friendly and knowledgeable as well.
He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my dog who needed a splenectomy. He was understanding and didn’t make us feel judged with the choices we made during the process. He took time to call after hours and check in, answer questions, and provide thorough information.
He also worked with our cat, who other vets in the valley assured us was neutered despite us telling them he was not. He took the time and discovered the issue. He also was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing the cats other disorder, which is quite rare.
I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. I recommend him over and over again. You could not put your trust and animals in better hands.

My dog was having some bowel issues and I called pretty worried - they were able to get me in the very next day and take a look (she'll be fine!). Staff (including front desk) were very professional and kind, and even though there was an emergency operation while I was there they made sure to check on me and my pup to make sure we were okay while we waited for the doc to finish the surgery. They made sure my pup got all her vaccinations and meds, and we were good to go! Will definitely go here in the future.

I can’t even express in words how pleased I am with Dr. Israelson and his work. I have an elderly cat who came in to get a jaw biopsy and dental radiographs which showed my cat had extensive abscesses in his jaw/teeth. Not only did he do an AMAZING job on his surgery- especially considering about half his jaw was needing removed/remodeled- but he walked me through the entire procedure. He made sure I was a part of the entire process and explained everything in a way that allowed me to fully understand what he was doing AND exactly what was going on with my cat. He explained why he used each medication, extracted each tooth - all the way down to why he chose the suture pattern he did. I am extremely impressed with him as a doctor and with how personable he was as well. I can confidently say he is one of the best veterinarians I have ever gone to for care of my animals and I will absolutely be going back for all of my pets care in the future. I would also like to thank the amazing staff who were also extremely friendly, accommodating and responsive. They answered every question I had and went above and beyond. They even gave me updates throughout the day on when my cats procedure started and ended. I never take the time to leave reviews, but the gold standard of care I received at Mountain View absolutely warranted a glowing review. Thank you guys SO much for everything - me and my cat are very grateful!

I (regretfully) chose Mountain View Vet to board my poodle for two weeks. It became evident within days that their primary concern was not for animals' welfare but for how much money they were earning. I was hoping my dog would be surrounded by love while I was away but it seems that that came second to monetary concerns for them. Their pricing is very high for the minimal care they offer and I wish they would not provide a boarding service if it's not something they are willing to do well.While I can't speak to their veterinary services, if you love your pets, please choose another option for boarding. Fortunately my pup seems to have recovered from her stay there!

My senior cat had a standing appointment to get fluids every Friday in Providence. I showed up with my senior cat on Friday. Nov 24. The clinic was closed. I was not told that they would be closed on Nov 24. I called today to say that I had not been informed. The receptionist was very cheerful and happy to tell me that they had been "closed for the Holiday". She did not offer an apology, but more importantly, she did not even ask if my senior cat was OK. These vets are only in it for the money.

Wouldn’t even sell me dog food without charging me double and seeing a vet. Good to know they are just gouging people and clearly don’t care about animals.

I transferred to this vet from another vet because the vet I was recommended to go to wasn't taking new patients. They make you pay a first time fee to make an appointment which I did. My phone does not pick up calls that it doesn't know I don't have their numbers added in yet, so it gets silenced and sent to spam. I'm taking care of a dying mother. I showed up the next day from my appointment because I didn't get the call. And instead of working with me being a new customer and client basically told me to fuck off you're not getting your $70 put towards the next appointment that's how they treat their new clients don't go here it's full of greed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff here were amazing… my daughter and I came in with concerns for our cat. From the gals at the front to the vet techs that checked us in were so kind and considerate… the vet that saw today… not sure if her name wished I could remember it… but she was so kind and loving when it came to talking about Tigar to my daughter… she stands out like a million stars… I couldn’t have been more happier with her!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful visit… we will be using you guys as our primary vet!!!

Dr. Israelsen is easily the best vet I've ever been to (lived all across the country - so I've been to a lot)! He takes time to hear your concerns and teach you about what's going on. I've never had a vet who didn't rush Pickles and I out the door as quickly as possible. He makes us feel heard and seen! He's extremely knowledgable! The rest of the team at MV is gentle and patient as well. I always can trust Pickles is in good hands!
