I have bought 3 trucks here. The sales department is good. Trevor helps me and he is very good at his job. But when it comes to the service department the 3 times my trucks have had issues it has taken them from 2 weeks for a very small issue to 3.5 months for a transmission issue. It is really unacceptable and that has been the case for the last 3 years and when I bring up the issue to them they always say that they are either restructuring their service department or “in the process” of improving it. I will change my review until they provide decent service

Fair Warning, after they sell you a broken car... they will NEVER get back to you. Let me explain, I bought a 2016 e-golf from them. They said it went through inspection and had a range of 120+ miles. First off, at best on Eco Plus I got 70 miles max. Second, they sold me an e-car with a BROKEN charging port. When I brought it to a VW dealer, the dealer said "there is no way they did not know, they had to reset the engine light". After multiple phone calls the responds I got every time was "Everyone was in a meeting and let me take your number". I never once received a phone call. I bought this car for my child to go to school. I am a business owner and a member of the US Air Force. I contacted my attorney that is on retainer for my business over this for litigation because they clearly want the court fees. The only reason I brought up Air Force is the fact I am going to head to the legal office and let them know that this company is scamming people and see if I can get it added to the "exclusion" list. This will mean that anyone in the Department of Defense will be barred from purchasing anything from this company.All you had to do was return my call... process has already started.

Drove 2 hours to purchase a car here. Trevor was amazing to work with, he kept me updated on all vehicles that were in my price range, didn’t pressure me or use sales tactics. He was fair and honest throughout the whole process! Highly recommend, and will come here for future purchases.

My tire started to noticeably lean air on the way to work so went to Jeep and I was helped by Dustin. He was very nice and they checked out my tires and found two tires with metal in them! They got it patched up and I was out of there in less than 2 hours (there was a line of at least 3 cars in front of me). Dustin kept me updated the whole time. I appreciated it! Definitely will continue to service my Jeep here.

We just bought our second Jeep from the friendly staff at Heritage CDJR in North Logan, Utah. We have never been treated more kindly and fairly than we have been there. There are absolutely no high pressure tactics. Just friendly helpful assistance to help you find a vehicle that works for you and that you can afford. Dave Bennett is the best customer consultant we have ever worked with. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Well, where do I even start here... We are the owners of a very well cared for and maintained 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel. On Sept. 4th, the faulty alternator caught FIRE with my family inside. (3 children, my husband, and myself)While there is an active safety recall for these alternators catching fire on our specific make, year, and even model, AS WELL AS specific part number and part manufacturer, for some reason we are being told ours is not covered under the recall as it's a 5.7L and not a 3.6L... At the beginning of all of this, heritage was extremely helpful. They agree'd that it SHOULD be in the recall based on everything. After "Eddie" spoke to his supervisor, they called us (which we have a voice-mail of) to let us know that after looking into it and reading all of the recall information that they would take our Durango and fix it as if it was listed on the recall. They also went as far as to state that they would then deal with collecting the payment from Chrysler or foot the bill if it came to that.After having it for over a week, multiple "it will be done by" dates coming and going, and being the final pickup date of today, they called us (we thought to pick it up) and instead proceeded to back pedal. AFTER racking up several thousand dollars in parts and labor, they are now telling us its not covered under the recall, and we are now responsible for the bill. To say we are frustrated is an understatement. We would have done the repairs at our family owned autoshop had they not told us they would be covering it all under the recall. We have a meeting at the dealership tomorrow morning to try to figure this all out and I will update this review after our meeting as well as keep everyone posted about this dealership in the months and years ahead.

Heritage always does a great job! I’m addition to the standard maintenance needs, I had a chip in my windshield so I wish they could fix those like other dealers do so a separate trip to Safelite could be avoided. Other than that, great job!

I would like to give a great shout out to North Logan Heritage Dodge. I was told my back up lights were no working while I was in Logan. I asked if there was a Dodge dealership and was told of Heritage Dodge. Not only did they get my lights working. The Service Department was amazing to deal with. Pete made sure everything was OK. I was able to meet some of the sales department and the staff. You couldn't ask for more polite and sincerest employees anywhere. I have been back several times for different issues and get the same wonderful treatment each time. I have decided to purchase my car from them as well. Great Dodge dealership!You won't be disappointed go check them out.

My husband and I wasn't even thinking about buying a new vehicle but I made him stop at Heritage and look. We ended up buying a new Jeep. Our salesman was so good to us. He treated us like we were important and took care of us. Francisco thank you so much for treating us so good. And then...... this is where my one star rating comes from!! Their service department is horrible! I had an issue with my Jeep. It had 22,000 miles on it but it was out of warranty by 3 months. They said that a hose was leaking oil and it had dripped on 2 of the sensors and made them bad. We took my Jeep in at 7:30 and we called and called and no one would answer. We finally got someone to answer and he said he would go check on it and call us right back. Well of course he never did! I finally had to take my husband to work so I could have a vehicle to drive. He had someone take him to pick it up at 5:30 and they hadn't even done anything to it. But they gave us the news that it was out of warranty and gave us the sticker shock of how much it would cost! I called the service manager the next day and left him 3 messages. Of course he never returned my calls. I have been thinking about the hose leaking for 3 days! If my hose was leaking oil do you not think it would of left an oil stain in my garage??? and what hose leaks oil!! And I can't believe with only having 22,000 miles on it anything would be leaking. Well my husband had ordered the parts through them so we took it in to have them installed. Oh and did I mention they charge $120 an hour! After the sticker shock of the total I will never ever go back to Heritage again! I called Francisco and told him thank you so much for treating us so good but he will never see my face again after the way their service department treated us! I know dang well West Motor would of treated us differently even though we didn't buy my Jeep from them. I think they would of made it so the warranty would of been covered. If not by Mopar then by them! Thanks again Heritage service department for making a person feel totally ripped off!!!!!! Don't worry, you will never have to worry about seeing my face again. My next Jeep will be purchased by a different dealership!!

I tried reaching out privately about this matter with Heritage Dodge of Logan and was ignored. I would like to give a fair warning to others who don’t want their rims and brakes chipped and scratched up like this. Also, look at the wheel nuts. My husband took my car in a few months back and had its first oil change and tire rotation. This is a new Dodge Durango rt plus with tow n go, red brembo brakes, blacked out wheels etc. I use automatic touch less car washes and never thought I would need to inspect the car for damage from a certified tech immediatel. When I hand washed, that’s when I saw the messed up damage. Wheel dust doesn’t exactly come off with automatic washes which is why I never saw the damage till now. You all need to check your vehicles every single time you leave this service department, because I’ve never seen such carelessness by any service department employee in my life! Three of the rims are pretty scratched and chipped along with the brakes. Every wheel is affected. I have not let a single person but this dodge dealership touch my wheels. It’s pretty sad when you trust your expensive car that you pay full price for just to have one bad tech who clearly doesn’t understand what he’s doing mess them up! This happened at 5,000 miles on the odometer. I have the receipt with the guys name that did the wheel change and tourqed by. I hope this dealership will make this right and I hope this review helps all of you to make an informed decision on where to take your vehicle for service.

Great experience with this dealership. Their service department (Kyle) went above and beyond to assist us with our Ram 3500 issue. We had a defective tire which made our truck heavily shimmy. We'd been on the road from CA for days Towing our 42' 5th whee and ORV. They got us in immediately and replaced 2 tires and warranted them. Never have we experienced this level of customer service. This is now our Dealership of choice. Thanks for a job well done.

This dealership is amazing, the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. All the staff was super nice and very helpful, not the pushy type that you would normally deal with at other dealerships. Even small things that I asked for we done no problem. And I’m pretty sure Chris had my rock chip fixed out of his own pocket. I would definitely recommend and I know myself I will but again from here.

Most straightforward car buying experience I’ve ever had. Trevor was awesome, so was Jeff. They were both very forthright and there was no pressure involved…just drive the car, decide if you like it, look at the numbers, and make a decision. Borderline enjoyable!

Service was good, however, I'm knocking 2 stars off because I had a full loan from my bank and ask them not to pull my credit as I didn't need their financing for my new car. They pulled my credit without my permission to do so. I like my car, I've been back for an oil change and staff is friendly. But not cool for hitting my credit when I was funded by my bank and didn't give my permission.

Such a good experience working with Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Logan. We traded in a vehicle that we owned after needing to upgrade to a newer and less mileage suv and found something we loved. We never felt pressured. And they walked through everything with us. Travis, Brandon, and Jeff were all great to work with and helped us out with everything. I would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from here. They treat you amazing and even our kids that we had with us! Thanks again! I’m sure we will be back again next time we’re in need of a vehicle! Thanks again!
