Lived here a while ago. Parking was a nightmare, the neighborhood kids almost got ran over several times when they tried to ride their bikes. If there is an emergency fire crews or ambulances will be delayed. First maintenance guy was cool, but he left. The last one was a jerk. The online portal to leave messages to management was not very good. Just give me an email address. Dog droppings were all over the place and management did nothing. Dogs were barking at odd hours of the night. I had 5 different neighbors in one unit in less than 3 years.

Has been a great place to live. Management and maintenance have been very good to work with and fix things very quickly. Lots of upgrades to the community have been done in the past few years that make things even better.

Loved living here the first few months. Unfortunately communication with anybody in the office is terrible when there are issues and they take weeks-months to respond IF they even respond. They did nothing to help with problems we were having and to this day don't answer emails or calls. The townhomes aren't in the best conditions, at points bugs like wasps and even a centipede were getting in, this does not include problems with the flooring or swamp cooler or holes all over the garage. When we moved in, the toilet was covered in urine and the sliding screen door was hanging on by a thread. The truth is that you get what you pay for. If you enjoy people blasting super loud music a few streets away that still makes your walls vibrate, constantly hearing domestic disputes, the sound of your neighbors pipes in your townhome, or your townhome getting broken into or packages stolen often, this is the place for you. When any of my friends are looking to move, I tell them to avoid Devonshire.2 stars because Lisa was a really good apartment manager before she moved to Four Seasons - which we lived in before and they had great staff! She was amazing.

Love it here! It is beautiful, quiet and clean, my dogs love the dog park, the neighbors are friendly, and the location is perfect. Close to shopping, and the gym. I just wish they had a basketball court for my son. Frank and Lisa are awesome!

These townhomes are reasonably priced and in a great location. I had a few maintenance issues when I first moved in, but they were corrected as soon as possible. Brad was very friendly and helpful and my entire experience was pleasant from move in to move out. If you live here you will be taken care of.

Devonshire is a great place to live! It’s a really nice neighborhood with great neighbors, it’s dog friendly, and the townhouses are great quality for a great price. The maintenance team is awesome at coming and taking care of issues in a reasonable amount of time. My only hang up with this place is there’s some people who don’t pick up theirs dogs poop, and I wish there was some sort of enforcement around this.

I loved living here. The unit I was in was newly renovated and very nice. The yard areas were great for my dog and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. I had to break my lease early and management bent over backwards to make it as easy and efficient as possible. I highly recommend Devonshire!

The unit is full of mold coming through the walls. Especially the bathroom, it needs to be completed redone. My kids are always sick. The kitchen cubboards are almost falling off the walls.

If we could give this place a 0 we would. The price is outrageous for how old the town homes are and when you move you they say you owe them money because of their crappy fixes in the first place.
