I was impressed how they showed through testing what was wrong with my vehicle. There were photos and an explanation and an estimate with parts and labor included. After work was finished they explained because of the age of my vehicle that other problems could occur and made me aware what to expect and recommendations for better maintenance to get more life from my vehicle. Brent Allen has some good customer service and show they care. I would recommend them to anyone.

A great shop! They are upfront and honest with what they are doing and why they recommend the any future services. They even taking the time to answer all my questions without complaint. Most important Brent Allen Auto has proven to me to be a trust worthy mechanic for my vehicles. I also like that they show pictures of any problems they find to show you what is wrong.

Tried to rip me off because I drive a Lexus. The person who I interacted with kept looking over my shoulder at my car and saying “those” are really expensive to work on (they aren’t). I had to chuckle but I almost couldn’t believe the scam level I was experiencing first hand. I know what I needed done and the approximate cost. Brent Allen wanted more than the Lexus dealer! I went to another shop and got a fair price on the job I needed done.
Leaving at least 2 stars instead of 1 because I have come here for emissions and they treated me well and got me out the door quick. Unfortunately after the scam attempt I wont be coming back.

I was here from out of state and had an issue that needed same-day attention. The tech, Jason and I went for a test drive, I left the vehicle for more thorough diagnostics. The service manager, Brian, helped arrange transportation for the day. I will say from start to finish the BH guys were fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My daughter's car needed lots of work done to make it safe to drive
Decided to go to Brent's Automotive. Best decision I could have made!! They are honest, contacted me if they found something else that needed fixed. Informed me of the cost to fix it.
I had an awesome experience with all of them. They are great!! If you need repairs done on your vehicle, I highly recommend them.
This is the second time I have taken one of my
daughters car into Brent's Automotive to be fixed. It needed a lot done to it!!
And they were awesome, again! I was informed on what needed to be fixed and the cost. I will not go to any other Automotive Shop but Brents!

I've heard some first account horror stories of their faulty & lack of proper performance here. I'd be careful taking your car here...could be the end of your life when something fails on your car like a tire not being tightened on properly (one of the things that recently happened here).
