BEWARE. Their dressing room curtains don't close. I cannot tell you the amount of naked people I saw changing as I passed them to get to my dressing room. The curtain doesn't close and then they have mirrors on all sides so it leaves nothing to the imagination. It's really bad. I sat and held mine closed the whole time I was getting dressed so I wasn't exposed like everyone else. I don't know how they haven't been in trouble for this yet, it's insane. I've been literally twice and this has been my experience both times, so you KNOW the employees know about this and just aren't doing anything. It's disgusting. I also spent so much money here just to have my clothes fall apart after a couple wears. Not worth it.

Why is Zara never open on time. Every other store is open and it’s 11:04 and Zara is still closed. Employees consistently act as though they are inconvenienced by shoppers. Zara is so poorly run I’m shocked they stay in business!

Murray store is always messy! I usually order online, but will no longer do so, as the return process is a joke! Sorry, but you should allow your customers an option to do one free return per order within your return timeframe, like every online store. Based on other reviews, it looks like you're losing customers, including myself over a ridiculous $4.95 return fee.

Do not buy anything from this company. Bought a couple of items that do not fit and they want to charge me an additional $5 to return the items. Might be better to only do in store purchases if they have a store near you. They do not have a store close to me so online is the only option. Feel like I just got scammed. Will never buy anything from this place again.

I used to shop at Zara all the time and loved it, but this location has gone downhill so fast. The entire store was a mess. Everything was on sale, but nothing was organized. It looked like a messy clearance rack everywhere. Kind of like an understaffed Ross with really poor management. My daughter took 2 items to dressing room to try on & I had 2 items to try & the staff wouldn’t let me join my daughter in her room bcs only 1 person is allowed at a time. He was rude too. I think it’s ridiculous that he wouldn’t let a mother and child in the same dressing room. It was nuts. Such a poor experience overall. I’ll never be back. There are too many other clothing store options that are far superior. Sorry Zara you’ve lost my business!

I was shopping in store, wanted to make a purchase, but ran out of time. I asked an employee if I could purchase online and return if the sizing was incorrect. They said, verbatim, "Yes sir, you can return anything, anytime with a receipt." I placed my large order ($400) online, was able to keep most of it, but needed to return three items that didn't fit. I attempted the return, unworn and with the tags still on, and they told me I passed the return window. I told them I genuinely didn't know (it's a 30-day policy and I was trying to return on day 33), and that their employee made me think I had nothing to worry about. They told me to call headquarters and that they'd make an exception and provide me with a return label, I'd just have to ship it back. I called, and was met with a brick wall. Absolutely no exceptions, period. I asked if I could speak to someone else, I was told no. Only sharing so you can be warned about the level of strictness and poor customer service. I still love (some of) the clothes! Major bummer.

I love the clothes but can be pricey, sometimes have sales. Usually during holiday time. I did have 1 bad experience when i tried on a boot there was a security tag on the bottom of the inside which the needle stabbed my foot and made me bleed and was kinda limping for a week or so

This Zara sucks specifically. The kids employed have zero customer service training and aren’t helpful. The clothes are always priced wrong in the computer versus what the tag says; especially things that have sale tags. You have to check your receipts or watch them when they’re ringing it up because the employees don’t care what the price tag says, they just scan the barcode. If you ask them to correct it, they just roll their eyes. I really try to avoid shopping here and I’m really careful when I do. Also, their prices have shot up so much over the last few weeks. I tried purchasing some sandals for my daughter but they didn’t have her size. The lady working said they were going to get another shipment in over the weekend that would have her size on it. I went in the following Monday to buy them and the toddler sandals that were literally a size 6 in baby shoes had gone from $25 to $45 with the new shipment! I wouldn’t even buy name brand shoes for my toddler for $45 unless they were like some Nike Dunks or something. But $45 for a Zara sandal that will probably break in 2 weeks? Nah. Really I need to avoid shopping here.

HORRIBLE customer service! The reason their lines are so damn long is because they have to tag every article of clothing that’s being returned instead of returning the items, letting the customer leave, and having another employee tag the returned clothes so the cashier can take the next customer to make a purchase or return. Their lines are always way too long. Their employee processes need to change or they’ll continue to have angry customers.
