The person who was trying to help us which I believe his name was Zac was communicating pretty nicely. The manager in fact was loud and a bit rude(these was her words -I am a bit loud and sound rude, that’s who I am!). I tried to tell her that their online portal was potentially scamming us by giving us a discounted price, she acknowledged the scam and said there is nothing we can do, rather come in person to get help.

I had to get a new phone because mine was broken. I was helped by Jayden and another young man who was in training. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. They were so great with going the extra mile to help me and get everything switched over to my new phone. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I certainly would! I have seen a lot of negative reviews regarding Xfinity stores, but I sure lucked out having these two young men assisting me. They were very personable and knowledgeable. Thanks again!

Jayden has helped me the past two times I was in shop and he has been excellent! Honest, efficient, and knowledgeable! Thank you bunches because I know that if I go in I’ll get the best assistance possible!

We had internet installed a few days ago, and later the same day our wire came down in our backyard. Xfinity didn’t do anything about it. My husband called and used their chat to try to get someone out to fix it. You’d think it would be an emergent situation but no one took it seriously. After driving personally down to the store (since you can’t actually talk to a human) and told that I had to check in and wait 20 minutes to have my issue addressed, I finally called Rocky Mountain power to report a downed line and fix the sloppy work xfinity did. I have two little kids that could have easily been hurt. Absolutely unacceptable to me, and a huge liability issue for xfinity. Wishing we had gone with a different internet provider.

OH EM GEE!!!! I have had nightmares that have been more pleasant that dealing with Xfinity to cancel a mobile line. Geezus!!!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER do any business with xfinity EVER! I will pay more other places so I won't have to deal with Xfinity EVER again. I can't wait till my wifi contract is up so I can say sayonara. Xfinity, my advice to you, take some business courses where they teach you that losing a customer because you want to make an extra $100 by cheating the said customer is not a profitable business model.

Hey, I switched to Xfinity mobile and it was a huge mistake. Their customer service is terrible. It is so hard to get to talk to an actual person and the service is definitely not “Verizon” like they said. Very poor.

Jaylen is the best! I am not tech savvy at ALL and he explained everything super thoroughly and was really nice about it. I highly recommend suggesting him to assist you if you get the chance!

Too many outages make working from home very tough. I wish I had another internet provider I could choose from. Unfortunately, Xfinity still has a monopoly in my neighborhood. If and when another internet provider becomes available, I won't hesitate to switch.

Xfinity is a discriminatory, classist and racist company. If you do not have a social security number you will not be able to access their free phones. The ITIN is of no use to them.

By far the worst company there is. Outages everyday and the customer service is horrific. Switched to Utopia and would suggest anyone else to do the same, they are 100x better.

I’ve never had worse wifi in my life. I pay every month for this and half the time I can’t even get it to work. I’m constantly having connection issues and and it just goes out for a days at a time. Not to mention when you try to call in you get a robot who doesn’t do anything to help and then you have to wait 10+ minutes for a representative to pick up the phone. And half the time they can’t do anything either. I would highly recommend getting a different internet provider.
