We were there a good amount of time. Our customer service (Justin) was great and helped trouble shoot any issue my 2 boys would have. Which is invaluable for a single non tech savy mom! Thank you!

Unfortunately understaffed. There is a grand total of 1 employee working. While he is helpful, he cannot tend to the whole store. Was there to buy a phone after waiting 30 mins chose to leave.

Absolute scam artists.
The representative told me that my trade-in would cover the cost of my new phone - this seemed too good to be true, but I was switching from another carrier and they assured me that this was standard.
8 months later, I'm paying full price for my phone. Not only did it not cover the cost, I haven't received a trade-in value whatsoever. I've contacted Verizon, but there isn't a confirmation email with the trade-in number, nothing. Pretty sure the guy just took my phone for his own personal profit.

I transferred my carrier to Verizon today at this location, and also got a new phone. They charged me for $220 service fee, didn't give a receipt, and when I asked they said they'll email it to me. I never received a receipt in my email, and couldn't reach back to the store by phone so I called Verizon customer service for this and they said they don't see a charge or any note in the system regarding my service. Also, the total monthly payment of $155 for my all devices which they told me turned out to be $327 in my online account. And when I saw the Google reviews, I saw many people with the same issues. I'll be in pursuit of this!

Customer Service rep was professional, polite and patient. The time he spent helping my mom understand her new phone was amazing and so appreciated. He worked well after the store closed and took his time to make sure we had everything before we walked out. His attitude was amazing!! Thanks for the positivity!!!

awful experience whole time i had to endure it, it's an off-brand location which is motivated by solely sales and zero customer respect or whatever fancy word you wanna use to say they do not care about you, they just wanna make commision, stay friendly perhaps, and provide terrible, incomplete service, you can literally only do most things at the company store, go to an authorized reatailer and never give these rats any money please ive lost so much time and money from going here lol

I have had a terrible experience at this location where Ive had to come back at least five-six times due to the mess ups the staff and manager have done to my account. I was sold a defective phone, charged for a temporary number that I had for 1 minute, and now apparently this store didn’t deliver my trade in phone under my actual phone number (but my thoughts were it was possibly under this temporary number.) which means that the promo for the trade in phone didnt apply to my account. I am so frustrated with the lack of service Ive received from this store. Go to a corporate store instead of this location. Oh and i was supposed to receive a call from the manager today and not surprised that i didn’t receive a phone call at all.

DONT go!! They will fraud your money. I purchased a new iPhone and opened up my Verizon account here, they charged me 499.99 without receipt, and when I asked for itemized cost breakdown, they said only when I completed the purchase they are able to print it out. I’m so confused at that time and later on when I chatted with online agent for Verizon, they said there is no down payment at all on my profile. SHAME on this shop

Verizon, a cell phone and internet service provider, has retail stores all over the country. They show the newest phones and any sales, but also accept trade ins and sometimes do repairs. This location is off the main road in a shopping center but is a pretty empty store. They're very salesy in here instead of helpful, and will say a lot of things just to get you to buy something instead of getting you an answer to your question. This includes "deals" with a price without telling you the price without a bundle, making it sound like you're winning when in fact you're getting overpriced accessories and sub par service. Make sure to back up your phone and charge it before trading it in here as the timeline they give could be an hour but it could take 4 hours. Probably will do most of my stuff online going forward as this experience is very common at most Verizon physical locations.

Don’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me and my girlfriend, he was you get and a college athlete. But nonetheless, excellent service! We came in with about an hour left before close and he made sure we got the best service. He was patient while we obtained the account number and transfer code from our previous provider and asked personal questions about us. Great service all around!
