Off to a very rocky start. Hospice started on day my mother left the hospital. Hospice was supposed to meet us here with a nurse and oxygen, but left us with Noone and no oxygen. Hospital trasport guy had to wait for me to call these guys and wait for them to bring the oxygen they promised would be here before the arred. Nurse never showed and my mom is without medication.

Nurse late first day. Physical therapist no showed. Not enough staff apparently. Not my problem. Will not recommend them at all. And will inform the doctor that recommended them to choose someone else in the future.

Valeo had a nurse and physical therapist visit me at home after my knee replacement. They were very helpful.

Valeo was so good to accept my husband as a new home health care patient on such short notice so that we could get discharged. The intake process was a piece of cake thanks to Barbara,RN. We love the communication that they provided us. They checked in often to see how things were going and if we needed anything when it wasn’t their scheduled time to come. The therapy assistance was amazing to come and see what needs he had to get him back on his feet. We knew we were in good hands because they came in last year when my mother was on Hospice. They are very caring providers.

I had the best experience with Valeo Home Health.I was struggling with balance issues, having trouble with coordination and memory. My neurologist referred me to Valeo for physical, occupational and speech therapy after having a stroke and then being diagnosed with Parkinson's.Each individual I had dealings with treated me with so much kindness and respect.Ryan was my speech therapist, Alisa, occupational therapist and Kristine, physical therapist. Each one helped me understand what I was going through, thank you. Kristine found ways to challenge me and I truly appreciated her.If the need for services come up again Valeo will be who I call. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone I've met (at the house) or even just spoken with on the phone has been quite personable, and businesslike. Even though my mother is their actual patient, all of them have taken time to answer my questions and address my concerns as her caregiver/POA.

We’ve recently had Valeo start coming in to help my husband and I. We are very pleased with all their help. The services are just what we need and the people are very helpful, professional and nice.

Recently and still to this day I went through a very scary health issue that could have taken my life, part of my on going healing process I was introduced to Valeo and had the pleasure of getting Jordyn as my home health nurse, she was the most kind hearted nurse I have had during this whole process im going through, the one thing about the health industry that always drives me crazy is their time schedules its always like a waiting game, when Jordyn said she would be there she was, I never had to wait for her, she did her job very professionally and never had me questioning if she was doing it the way the Dr's advised, thank you Valeo for your service and for having such great nurses like Jordyn.

VALEO home health support is awesome! My Grandmother has told me that she loves it when Cody helps her with the physical therapy. Even though there is a language barrier, my grandma says that she loves Cody's enthusiastic energy, beautiful aura, patience, and attentiveness. Everyone has been super nice, attentive, and quick to respond. I highly recommend them. The only thing is that VALEO has limited personal that speaks Spanish and my 104 year-old grandma does not speak English. However, everyone has been super awesome! BIG thank you!

I want to thank the staff for the care and compassion they showed for my mother and the family. We could not have done it without you. I especially want to thank Aaron mom’s nurse, you were a god send to us. Also Jordyn, Carmel, Cheryl (the social worker) She passed away peacefully at home. Valeo Home Health did an amazing job with my rehab post TKR. G was great to reach out and make sure that the time she had set up worked for me. She provided alternate exercises If I wasn’t able to complete the prescribed quite yet. I improved drastically in a short amount of time listening to what she was telling me to do. I would highly recommend using their services for your post surgery rehab. Request G if your able to! She is amazing to work with!

I loved my physical therapist. Gee showed me how to do things that I didn't think was possible and got me walking again. She was very accom odating in working around when it was convenient for me. Thanks for everything!

Valeo helped me with my home care after my full knee replacement. The second night home I ran a high fever and nurse Jonathan rushed to my house to check on me in person. He was awesome and called my doctor and helped me and my husband feel comfortable.G, was my PT, and she was amazing. We became friends in our short 5 visits. I really felt like she cared about me and my recovery. She always had my back and kept in close contact with me with my continuing fever. She really knew what exercises I needed and has given me the best jump start to my full recovery.I would highly recommend valeo to all my family and friends. They are very professional and knowledgeable.
