Installers showed up on time and were professional. We were impressed with how clean they kept everything when digging the trenches for the conduit and how well they put the lawn back together after. Customer services has been great as well!

Utopia and Xmission were class A customer service. The contractor Utopia used was horrible with communication.

Utopia walked me through the process and made it easy to switch internet providers. The installers they used cleaned up after they were done and they made sure everything was working before leaving.
