This unit was great for our group! Looked as pictured. Plenty of beds and several nice gathering spaces. Lots of pool towels and a sufficient amount of basics for a several day stay. Community hot tub is large and clean.

We have been staying with Utah's Best Vacation Rentals at Paradise Village for the past 7 years for our annual softball tournament. UBVR has been fantastic to work with! The team bonding that has happened in your beautiful homes has created friendships that will last a lifetime!

The house is large and easily slept 19 of us. There were a couple of minor issues throughout the week, UBVR quickly sorted them out. To be honest, the home shows the normal wear and tear of short term rental, but was exactly as advertised, and has a beautiful deck for sunset.Draper is a great location For skiers, heading to either of the canyons.We hired a chef to cook meals for us, it was very reasonable, and very tasty. So good in fact, we referred the chef to UBVR.

The place overall was nice and had a great look and was easy to stay at. However, the pool was only heated 3 out of 4 of our days and there doesn't seem to be a reason why.It would have been nice to have an option for recycling rather than dumping a ton of #1, #2 and #5 with paper out too.The toilets must flushed incredibly loudly and the people staying above us seem to go a million times - not that Sage Creek can control their bowels - but it sounded like a tornado everytime the neighbor flushed. It made for some rough sleep. But, the beds were comfy.Their was a dish with a dead bug on the counter when we came in and we almost thought it was a joke.The only other concern was underwear we found under the bed when we were checking for our stuff to leave. Now, granted they were navy blue and the carpet is dark. But, if I found them, the cleaning staff should be able to as well.All this being said, the stay was easy. Check-in and out was as described. No fuss.You choose if the other stuff bothers you.
