Couldn't even get in. It is not a store you can go into and shop as it appears to be, but online only orders only. Complete waste of a trip.

Bought a "quart of freeze dried eggs" that they advertised as being the equivalent of 72 eggs on their website. Received the bag and it appeared small so I weighed it and it was 6.6 ounces (187 grams). And that's WITH the mylar bag. Hmm... one freeze dried egg weighs approximately 0.5 ounces or 14 grams. This approximately matches the nutritional content of an egg which is 7 grams of protein, 6 grams of fat, and 0.5 grams of carbs when you take out all the water. So each pouch was actually 12 eggs, not 72. When I contacted them to ask about this discrepancy, they didn't apologize or admit that they made any mistake or had incorrect information on their site. They just said matter-of-factly that I could send the items back for a partial refund (i.e. they wouldn't reimburse me for shipping). Really? Not cool.

Price gouging. Also, does anyone want to be over charged…. for old food? Unfortunately, I have had to report the business to the BBB and Dept of Commerce because the price gouging was that bad. This business has really gone down hill. Please don’t shop here if you don’t want to be ripped off.

We love shopping at this great local co-op for organic groceries. They have a great variety of local organic produces to choice from. They almost always have community charity programs going throughout the year. It’s very comforting to know my money is spend at local business that support community projects.

I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't pick up an order under $20. I understand if it's being delivered, but I just needed honey and I was already outside.

I can always find most items I need at this one stop shop! A Murray hidden gem on 4500 S. I especially love their vegan frozen foods section, produce/refrigerated items, and bulk discounts, and clearances.

Fantastic place! We will only be shopping here going forward. They were most friendly and very helpful! We will happily pay more for locally pasture raised eggs. Natural Grocers is only in it to cash grab and not in it for the greater good.

I don’t get a “coop feel” from this store, maybe I am missing something. I have traveled and worked in food co-ops. There are mixed general merchandise with close-out grocery items which appear to be bulk warehouse buys. Things don’t feel super organized in some areas and items are not priced clearly. Some interesting aspects of the store are large quantities available directly to the customer. There are some expired items that I would not but although I would have appreciated knowing more about the store. On a Sunday, there were two people there, hours for the store are limited to Saturday and Sunday. Seems very strange for a grocery store in a large metropolitan area. One can find many ethnic foods and specialty items, but the time investment to find things felt daunting for a first-time customer. There aren’t necessarily aisle labels / in-store directives. A makeover for the store is overdue. Regardless, the two people wotking were kind and amicable, but neither went out of their way to show us the store.
