Love this place! Absolutely great atmosphere and Addie was the MOST helpful ever!! I had no idea what to buy my grandson but she absolutely knocked it out of the park! Parker is very happy with the shirt and hat I got him LOL!! All thanks to Addie and this wonderful store!

I love Urban's cloths and I usually have a good experience there. However, I bought a couple items there the other day. When I got home I realized they didn't take the metal thing off of one of my shirts. I had to drive all the way back to Murray, which is an hour from where I live, to have it taken off the next day and when I explained what happened to one of the employees, they didn't say anything, took the metal thing off, and very rudely handed me the shirt. No apology, just felt like the worker was very rude.

I tried to ask the guy at the desk a question and he rolled his eyes at me and didn’t respond? The store was mostly empty when I got there (maybe 2 people inside) in the middle of the day on a Sunday. I had heard UO was selling cute water bottles and stopped by to see, but didn’t know where to find them. I waited at the desk for about 5 minutes while one associate at the desk was on the phone. A male associate saw me walk up but was standing there listening to his coworker talk on the phone, which was totally fine. When he turned to help me, I asked him about the item and he looked at me like he was disgusted then rolled his eyes and turned the other way again. Haha! I’ve never left a negative review anywhere before, and I’ve never had an experience like that. I tried to be really kind and polite in how I asked the question. If he was a teenager I would’ve let it go, but he was a grown man haha so here I am?

This location cancels pickup orders a lot with no explanation which is frustrating. The staff is super young and the clothing is mostly for teens - so if you’re a parent don’t throw a fit when the clothing doesn’t live up to your modesty standards. You can find some cute things but it’s generally marketed to teens and the quality has gone downhill. I used to shop at Urban in high school and it’s not the same. But the location itself is fine and generally pretty tidy.
