Returned my Amazon package here and my return never got processed.
Update 07/31/2024 I like to apologize for the bad review and update it. Amazon has a new return policy and now takes 2 weeks to receive a refund. This is not UPS fault.

Tried to charge me $1 to print a UPS label… creation of a label should be simple, just a scan and print and factored into the cost of shipping, not nickel and dime charging…

I'm thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received at this UPS location! The staff member who assisted me was incredibly kind, responsible, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. As a result, I'm making the switch to this UPS for all my future shipping needs. Five stars and highly recommended!

Shipped a package from this location, paid for a 2 day delivery for my son that is serving in the army. Package was dropped off on a Thursday and I paid for a 2 day delivery so it would be delivered on Saturday. Packages was not delivered until Tuesday. Went into speak to someone in the store, they tell you to go online, go online and it says to go to the store. Went back to the store and they say to call corporate. I called corporate and they say to dill with it in store. Could not give me an explanation on the package was not delivered on time. When I tried to explain to the store manager what was happening, he basically called me a liar and that he as never heard of corporate saying to dill with the store. I will never use UPS services again.
