I brought my 2019 Rav 4 in for a standard oil change. During the routine inspection they told me I needed new brake pads and rotors- saying the pads were down to 4mm. They said it would cost me close to $700. I ended up taking my car to two other mechanics for additional opinions and they both said the pads were in great condition- measuring at 10mm and the rotors were completely fine as well. So glad I got a second opinion- never trusting Toyota Murray again.

Sat here for 6 hours only to be told that they can’t get to my car at all today. This is an appointment I made over 2 weeks ago. Excuse is that they had 2 technicians call out so they are short staffed. They didn’t know that this morning when I got here or, better yet, before I drove 50 minutes for this appointment?!! Basically 8+ hours wasted and they act like it’s no big deal to just bring it back another day. I have also had a couple of concerns about the hybrid battery, a recurring problem that I’ve been patronized and dismissed in the past. It’s been “repaired” in the past but still doesn’t work correctly. Terrible customer service on multiple visits.

My experience with Larry H Miller's service department was an absolute nightmare.
I had scheduled an appointment a full 6 days in advance, only to have them cancel it at the last minute. When I arrived, they had the audacity to tell me there were 30 cars ahead of mine and only one person missing. It's clear they have no regard for their customers' time and blatantly overbooked their appointments, and never took the time to correct the bookings.
Canceling my appointment after I had already checked in was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. It's obvious that my service appointment meant nothing to them. As a result, I took my business elsewhere and purchased a complete tire package and service from a company that actually values their customers. Larry H Miller lost not only my business but also any chance of earning my trust in the future. Avoid this place if you value your time and expect decent customer service.

Left a message for your service department on Tuesday never got a call back. Called again today and was told by the receptionist that she never got the message. Do you only have one person who gets messages? She then decided to give me attitude so I asked to speak with someone else, after asking her twice she hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Not great. Took over two hours for an oil change, despite making an appointment. I mean, the oil change is probs fine. But who wants to wait that long? I guess the lesson is drop it off and come back for it later? Lots of witty banter from the service people and a free coke. Still, ten out of ten don’t recommend.

I can’t state enough how these guys really don’t listen to you or seem to want to take care of your car. I have a new RAV4 that I want to keep in good shape. I asked for a tire rotation, oil change and inspection at 5000 miles. These guys acted like I was crazy and only took my car for 15 minutes. They just pretended like they did the other work and used up my free maintenance package. They handed my car right back to me after rotating my tires only. Oil was not touched and I doubt any inspection was done. Horrendous.

Service and employees were amazing, quick and professional.
The only bad thing I had was, a few days later I started leaking oil. Found out they didn't tighten the oil filter correctly. But got it fixed quick and easy.
