Sold us a car with the a bad catalytic converter and the front half of the car was falling apart. They obviously reset the engine light and sold it to us, refused to fix the issue when addressed. Please never get a car from here. Save yourself some time and money and go literally anywhere else. Please.

I bought a car and was told they couldn't print the paperwork. They gave me a fob. When I got home, I discovered that there were $4,000. more charges! I'll go to court and Better Business Bureau rather than deal directly with those shisters. Sure wish I had read these reviews before stepping on the lot!!!

They knowingly sold us a VW from Canada and didn't tell us. They told us the car still a year manufacturer warranty but when I went to get a warranty repair VW said because it is a Canadian car, the warranty is VOID. Tim Dahle is refusing to help us.

My experience was solid. The team was patient, kind, and they really came in clutch helping me find my new truck. A special thanks to Kameron and his entire crew.

The prices they list on auto trader aren’t the prices they charge when you get into the dealership. They increased the price of the car by $1100 because I was paying cash. They also tried to charge me $800 for antitheft stickers. Had to leave the dealership without the car. I even asked for these charges before, but they never gave them to me until after I had gone to a mechanic to check the car out and wasted $100. Never seen this bad of a bait and switch. And don’t forget their doc fee is another $450. All on a used car that was “listed” for $11,700.

My daughter bought a car from these crooks. They didn’t disclose the airbags being deployed. Also won’t honor their forever warranty. Took total advantage of a young lady because they could. Crooks, crooks, crooks

Don’t buy from this dealership!!! I was quoted one price and went back the very next day and was told since it wasn’t written it was never said. I asked for the GM (Cam) and told him that I was quoted a different price yesterday and a different one today. He told me that his sales manager would never quote that price and that I was a liar. I could not believe that a GM of a dealership would call a potential client a liar right to their face. He was very unprofessional and did not care about me as a person or if I bought the car or not. Don’t put yourself in that same situation. Go somewhere else.

Just purchased a toyota camry from from Tim Dahle Used Car Center. We work with Kris Valencia was a great experience. No pressure easy to work with and very professional and friendly. After purchasing many cars it was one of the easiest processes I've had. And would refer people to him and the dealership.

If you are looking for a new car stop and think before choosing Tim Dalhe used auto. I am 19 years old and almost got scammed out of $15,000 without the car. They are shady and very unprofessional. After not receiving any documents before leaving they changed my DocuSign contract from a $360 price monthly to $500 monthly, when we confronted them they tried to lie and gaslight me saying they gave me all the documentation. When waiting to talk to a representative in the office we could hear them saying, " I am going to work her hard" and "I am a chiwawa"? And audibly laughing about my stressful situation. I had a really bad experience and could have very easily messed up my whole future by trusting these men. They truly are wolf in sheep's clothing.

I feel like there are bad car buying experiences AND THEN there is the experience of buying from this car lot! It was absolutely atrocious, the customer experience in dealing with this dealership. The sales team were very polite and accommodating, but the overall execution of our experience was poor. We negotiated our trade-ins and the price of our trade ins, then came back the next day to finish the paperwork and were told that our deal we made wasn't what was agreed upon. We requested service information on the vehicle about 5 times during the negotiation process and were told to sign the next line and they would give us the information. It took a week after the purchase to go through to finally get us the information and told us they would fix it. We have contacted them 3x about getting our car service issues fixed and still have nothing. In the purchase of the car it was implied that the services they give were free of charge and was a part of buying from their dealership. They conned us into paying an extra $2500 in services without telling us a single thing. We have been promised to have the transmission fluid changed 2x now and have not been contacted once about scheduling an appointment. We included the cost of a key fob in the purchase of our car and have yet to be contacted about getting it made. They have gone back on their deals and lied about services while feeling like they try to hide vital costs and information from you.I feel totally tricked and used after dealing with this dealership!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Listen to the reviews if you want to save yourself from frustration and stress. These are not just your typical disgruntled reviews they are the absolute truth. I sure wish I had. This dealership is the absolute worst one I have ever dealt with. They are shady, dishonest, and I will never buy from them again. Tried to charge me for services that weren't even done on the vehicle like undercoating/rust protection and refused to take off the theft coverage warranty which according to the warranty is optional and when they finally did take it off they just added it to the price of the vehicle. At this point we had already taken possession of the vehicle because their finance person was not available when we were there and we live three hours away so we just sucked up the extra $300 because at that point it wasn't worth it to take it back. The finance person who eventually called us was one of the worst people I've ever dealt with and when I asked to have the GM call me they weren't any better. So once again stay away from this dealership unless you enjoy getting ripped off and taken advantage of. I should have walked away after I threatened to when they finally brought me the actual price of the car with their so called "mandatory fees."

Had to give one star to post the review. Went to the lot at 4500 S Main Street. Lots of hoops to jump through.1. Need a qualifying trade-in....2. have to finance to get the price online.3.Have to pay $399 for an undercoating.Their doc fees are more than others. Once they got done with us the car is $7,000 more. And car dealers wonder why they have a bad rap. What if they had a price for the car... we agree on a price for the car. We pay the price for the car... then we give them 5 stars and tell our friends about the great experience we had at this dealership.

Absolutely the worst dealer. DO NOT BUT A VEHICLE FROM TIM DAHLE. They sold me a truck with no front axle brakes. The rotors were completely rusted and the brake pads were down to metal. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for 2 months and have not received any responses. The a/c wasn’t working either, but since I bought it right after a snow storm, there was no way for me to know. I took it to my Ford dealer and they put in the diagnostic and it showed the compressor was out. They tried to renege on the printed ad saying tint was included with vehicle purchase. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and getting legal channels involved.

WORST EXP WITH A DEALER I'VE EVER HAD. Had texted Eliot about a car for sale there. On Wednesday I texted saying that I could make the drive from Idaho to test drive the car on Friday afternoon at 4pm. On Friday morning I text about payment options and he responds to me by name at 12:21pm on Friday before I'm about to make the 3 hour trip to SLC. I arrive at 4:20 pm and Eliot informs me they sold they car the night before. I've got no trouble with them selling BUT WHY NOT TELL ME WHEN I TEXT THE NEXT DAY ABOUT PAYMENT. When I ask Eliot why he didn't tell me the car was gone when I texted earlier he looked stupefied and just said that he thought we could look around Salt Lake for other cars! NO APOLOGY, NO ATTEMPT TO MAKE UP FOR ALL OF THE GAS, MONEY, AND TIME WASTED, AND NO ATTEMPT TO SELL ME ANOTHER CAR!!! They all just looked at the ground. No GM came over. No accountability. No adult in the room anywhere. If their customer service is so clueless and unaware, how must they be with their cars?? Imagine having ANY type of issue or question. RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND ANY DAHLE DEALERSHIP. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.
