I was trying to buy a car with Tim Dahle Nissan Murray but the financiers are liars with the prices in the first contract all the numbers are fine but almost to sign the final contract they come out with the fact that the car no longer costs what they tell you almost 7000 dollars more than it costs and they put 5000 dollars in things that you really don't want they don't respect the prices they give you in the contract and if you don't accept what they tell you the seller gets angry and kicks you out what they should do is find the solution very bad your service johny

My second bad experience with Tim Dahle Nissan. My mom took her car in for recall repairs and asked for an inspection as she plans to sell it. A majority of the laundry list of $5,000 in repairs they labeled "urgent" had already been done by another shop within the last few months and the others weren't so urgent.
I purchased my current car from there, which was also a nightmare and cost me thousands of dollars of repairs within 5 months of owning it. They dodged phone calls, magically couldn't find my warranty, and other behaviors that left me as a never-again customer.
I do not trust how they do business here and would warn anyone to be very wary before purchasing a car or using their service department.

Amazing experience. Hard working and very friendly!! Go see Chris!!! Or Robert too!! They are amazing and helped me get a good deal :) very thorough also and explained everything (in the past I always had to ask for different documents etc to review the car, not here. They had everything before I could even ask haha)

I brought my car in for warranty work and when I gave them my number I was very, very explicit in telling them that I was only to receive calls or texts regarding the service that was being conducted. I didn't want surveys, follow up calls, etc. Lo and behold I get a call from their sales department about an offer letter to buy my vehicle they left in my car. Lets ignore the fact they were offering me $5,000 or so for a highly modified vehicle for off road use. The bumpers and rock sliders alone are worth more than $5,000; So no, I will not be accepting your lowball offer. Then they decided it would be a grand idea to call and bother me at work about this hilariously low offer despite being told I don't want to be contacted for crap like this.
This right here is why I never go to stealerships. You go once and you'll never be left alone for the rest of your life.
Update: And on 3 September 2024 I got another text from them. Apparently “you are only to call or text me about the warranty work that is currently being done” means, “I want you to contact me repeatedly because I don’t know what I want and daddy stealership knows what is best for me”

Licensed liars, my salesman and manager was great to work with, no complaints there! But going through the process of transferring over to Utah plates I was excited for something new. But with the 45 day temporary tag they gave it expired. They were not willing to SEND me a new temporary tag. So because I chose to do business with someone hours away they made it my inconvenience and did not care that I was driving illegally. While on the wait for my license plates to arrive to my home I’d call periodically, I confirmed that the salesman and the front desk sent out the plates. I even sent someone up to confirm it on the day of my temporary tag’s expiration. Then calling the gentleman who issues the plates to me. He told me he never received them. So essentially he called my salesman and the front desk a liar for sending out my plates? I then called my local dmv to see if there was anything I could do… he pulled up my vehicle and said the plates were picked up weeks ago and should have arrived. So after he called my salesman and the front desk a liar it came back to bite him in the butt because the DMV of Utah confirmed the pickup of MY plates.and instead of driving back up there at my inconvenience I then had to pay for another set of plates because they weren’t willing to make things right. But on top of it all. The gentleman did not get back to my texts and it marked “read” immediately after I sent him the texts. Keep in mind this is his personal number he had given me. So to sit and ignore me until I requested a manager was quite interesting.

Worked with Miguel “Mikey” and this was my very first time buying a car and he was extremely attentive and helpful during this process! Any issues that arose he found solutions for us. I am glad to have had him as my salesman!

Worthless. No communication from management, I’ve requested a call back and the GM will just blow it off. Keep in mind, your customers are who PAY you. I’ll advise anyone against this dealership if you value your dignity and want to be treated with respect.
