I recently upgraded my previous Mazda 3, to a Mazda 3 Hatchback Turbo! The car is incredible! Its everything I wanted! The service was above and beyond exceptional! TJ, our salesman, who sold me my previous Mazda, sold me this Mazda! He's the best of the best! Listens to feedback, concerns, and collaborates on what will best suite your needs! He's honest on his feedback and He's not there to just sale you any car! He creates an experience that meets your individual needs. Then finally, Graham and Jerik from finance made the back end of the process with the finances and paperwork smooth sailing. They made this experience even better with making the closing process so simple! Highly recommend Tim Dahle Mazda any time! They are absolutely professional geniuses! Thanks again guys!

One of the most horrible experiences of my life. Was there with someone that was purchasing a car and was told they were interested in buying my mazda 3 hatchback. Brought in my car to have it evaluated for trade in and though we were in the dealership for 6 hours, was never approached regarding my car when they had first stated it would take about 10min to check for its value. With no communication, saw the manager test driving my car and not only treating it like their own but scraping its bumper excessively and thoughtlessly on the way out of the parking lot. When I confronted them about both witnessing them mistreating my property and never speaking to me about my trade in, it turned into a "prove it" conversation. A harmless, "sure check my car's worth maybe I'll leave with a CX-5 instead", turned into an extremely aggravating and humiliating interaction with multiple grown men. With all that to say, the person I was with also bought a car that is having issues and they are being ignored and essentially told that its their problem now. Would I ever return? No. Would I recommend them? No.

Well I guess I will be just one more negative review. Sales guy was fine. Finance guy tried to up charge me on a bunch of things. Seems standard for this dealership. We bought a brand new cx7 for cash. Easy sell they still made it difficult. Asked for our proof of insurance even though we paid cash do there was no fiduciary responsibility but whatever. The biggest problem happened 2 weeks after purchase got a flat tire. And it was a nail that could not be fixed. So a new tire was required. I understand road hazards are not covered. But they went out of their way to charge three times what a tire company would charge. Over 360 dollars for one tire. No discount no nothing. They even charged for mounting and balancing. I have run many multi million dollar businesses. This is business 101. Take care of clients they failed miserably. Do something like this at cost for goodwill. I will now never recommend this place I will suggest Orem to any friends looking. Bad business guys

I was in the market for a new car, and so my first choice was to go to the Mazda dealership downtown where I live. That being said i am a previous Mazda owner and was looking for a new year to buy in cash. The car salesman i worked with was a very nice guy which was great. But once I sat down with the manager on duty (Which I guess, is their process, sales guys don't know anything about higher questions beyond what the car is.)- that man seemed to think I was incompetent. I told him directly that i was paying cash and I wanted to know the incentives, specifics about the car I was looking at, and other questions I had lined up. As i am talking to that manager i said id like to look at a couple and maybe drive one. when I say that this manager basically snapped his fingers at the car sales guy like he was his servant and then gave him a snarky remark of why I hadn't already driven the car before sitting down and talking with him, I knew i didn't want to continue this process. I drove the car and went back in and this manager was just blatantly not a nice guy (or maybe having a bad day) I was obviously bummed by this experience so i went to Audi and Volvo. found that nothing met what i was looking for and decided to go to @OremMAzda - which was an incredibly different experience, It Low Stress, listened to my concerns and did not treat me like i was incompetent i recognized that is the type of dealership i wanted to buy cars from. So thankfully i am a proud owner of a CPO 2021 Mazda GT. Thankful for Orem Mazda for turning everything around. Seems like based on reviews many people find this dealership a pain to deal with and many go to Orem and buy a car at the other dealership. This dealership needs to do a couple of things to fix their business: Listen, be helpful, and not be rude. Its really that simple. Im glad if the commission went to anyone it went to Orem instead of Tim Dahle Mazda Murry. Hope this is helpful, i also hope this dealership is actively trying to repair whats going wrong here

My car buying experience started out well but beware once this dealership turns you over too finance let the games begin. I was surprised by the tatics used so dishonest. nothing on paper so you can't see whats up . Then they throw you a USB DRIVE and say heres your paper work Well by the time I was finished there were $5000 of extra fees added and were not talking lic tax or other stuff that I was expecting Just saying watch out for these guys Very disappointed with this dealership Sales department

OUTRAGEOUS! I just called the parts department to order a second key and "switchblade" door fob for my 2015 Mazda CX-9. This is a normal key (chipped, but has a non-laser cut key, so any locksmith can cut the key). The parts online are $24.95. I'm always happy to buy local whenever I can, so I called Tim Dahle. Steve in parts quoted me $341.77 to provide the key and FOB, plus $200 to program it. For those doing the math, that is $541.77! This is for a SINGLE key! I told him I'd sell the car before is party that much! (and dealers wonder why no one trusts them). I found a local locksmith who will come to my house, provide the EXACT same service, all for $150! GoKey is the outfit. Sorry, Tim Dahle Mazda, you won't get this business or any future business of mine! You were even $220 More than GMC that has a laser cut key they have to send away for! Next time charge reasonable fees. We are willing to pay a bit extra for the dealership service, but this was outrageous! A good honest local locksmith gets my business instead.

I brought my CX-5 in yesterday for service and also got the infotainment system checked out, because I'm getting that infamous "ghost touch" problem many have been experiencing. They told me they could not replicate the problem, but proceeded to run a firmware upgrade (which I didn't authorize) and put it in a reboot loop. For my original problem, I was expecting them to quote me a replacement for the screen only, but they quoted me $1500+ for replacing the CMU (Connectivity Master Unit) that they bricked instead. The reboot loop is a classic software problem caused by a corrupted bootloader and/or OS, so telling me they have to swap out the hardware to fix that is pure B/S (I'm a firmware engineer, I know). The best they did was offering to refund me half of the $120 diagnostic cost, which is totally unacceptable either. I have had 2 Mazdas over the last 20 years and they made very dependable cars. I always brought them back to the dealers for services even though I know I'm being charged a premium too. But seriously, what happened to "it ain't broke, don't fix it"?! And if you tried to fix it, you better know a way to put it back to its original state before doing anything. Honestly, I could never trust this dealer ever again after this, because they clearly don't know what they are doing. And I wouldn't buying my next Mazda with them either. Anyone having problems with them, I suggest you escalate it to Mazda USA as well.

spent thousands for them to try replacing part after part without even finding the actual issue. complete waste of time and money. ended up taking my car to a different shop and they were able to pin point and fix the issue within two days. my car was at mazda for weeks. they do not know how to diagnose problems, all they do is replace random parts to see if it might fix something. save yourself the headache and bullsh+t and take your car somewhere else!

Finance department is super sketch. Will lie to your face about their "complimentary" 1st year of vehicle service. Cancelling the extended warranty was a needlessly horrible long process and I have yet to have the amount payed back to my account. Best practice is to come in with your own financing and not to haggle with these scum bags.

I bought a 2012 Chrysler 200 on 1/27/2023 for $4,000. The next day the check-engine light was on. I sent it out for repair. I paid $1,861.19 and drove it back on 2/8/2023. The next day the check-engine light was on again. I sent it out again for repair. Drove back on 2/16/2023 after paying $946.05. But the light went on again the next day. The last diagnosis told me the engine need to be replaced. The cost would be $8,629.99. They sold me a salvage car by definition! Don't trust them!

A bunch of scammers. Nothing they say is the truth. The general manger is the guy who believes in intimidating tactics. And the most person you need to keep an eye on all the time is their finance director Jared. I leased a cx 5 and after 5 days send me an email saying that I have to come back and sign new contract because my address is not correct, went there to find also they changed the due date and I have no idea what else has be changed, I refused to sign and told them they can have their car back but I'm not going to resign. From there things turn ugly and they started playing tactics to intimidate me and that they will take the care but they won't refund my down payments. And they can repo my car and lose the money I paid. They don't act as a decent car dealer. STAY AWAY AND PLEASE ADVISE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIND BOT TO TRUST THEM.

I had an amazing experience here buying my new Mazda cx-5 . I've felt with other dealers in the past that just do not have my best interest and I totally recommend going here to get a car!

I would give this place a ZERO if I can. I pulled in, a very helpful person escorted me to the service department where the service associate (maybe manager??) played jokes on me and called me foreign. (I'm AMERICAN, speaking 4 languages fluently) I NEVER go to this racist business ever.

This is probably one of the most dishonest dealers I've dealt with. I dont normally write reviews but I would hate for someone to go buy a car from them without a heads up. I bought a car 2 months ago and recently found out that it had some damage that was undisclosed to me. Not only undisclosed, but flat lied to. I asked to see a car fax report on the car I was buying. The salesman pulled it up almost weirdly fast. I should have questioned it but I believed him that it was true. I asked if this car had any known damage. The answer was that there had been no damage and the salesman- Chris- "stands by every car he sells". Flash forward to a week ago, my car wouldn't start. I figured I had left a light on or something. I went to pop the hood to charge the battery The hood would not open at all. I called Chris, the man that "stands behind every car he sells" and he gave me the run around that he could call the shop to see if they noticed anything while they were doing the initial intake of the car and get back to me with a way to fix it or be able to get it open for now. Of course I knew he was probably lying and had no intention of calling me back, which he never did. I took the car to my local shop to see what the problem was with the hood. They found that the car had probably had front end damage in the past and that's why the latch was not connecting right. The Tim Dahle shop would have 100% seen this if they had actually done the oil change and intake like they said they did. So they either never touched the car or they flat lied to me. Either way, never waste your time or money with these people.

Bought a used car for them sales person promise bumper for the car get the run around for about a month and then was told that they cannot replace the bumper at all. Been waiting on plates and tags, but was never given a phone call that the car needed a smog.
