I've tried several times to pay and also set up auto-pay. Every person I speak to gives me incorrect information. Then when I finally was able to pay, they called and said I was delinquent. Very frustrating!!

Do not store here. They raise your rent, randomly in two cases for me in less than 6 months. My rent doubled with my new unit 4 months after I got it. What's quoted on your rental agreement isn't guaranteed to stay that way and there's no way to lock in your rates. If you put your payments on autopay watch out because I was over-charged during my promotional period. My advice find somewhere else that won't bait and switch your agreed upon rent rate.

Absolutely incredible customer service. World class. They were so friendly, super helpful, and very efficient. Most likely the best pricing in the valley. I got a massive unit for less than a tank of gas. Great great great.

Horrible! I’ve never been treated so poorly with any storage company and I’ve had a lot! They locked me out only able to access my unit during office hours when they are there. The worst part is they didn’t even inform me about it. I had to call the cooperate number to find out after not able to access my unit at 7 pm I didn’t do anything wrong except lock my car keys in my car (accidentally) and was stuck inside past hours !!! I went in and explained what happened and we had an understanding then all the sudden they locked me out without any incident!! I’m packing my stuff and getting out of there !! WHAT. A. JOKE. ✌?with all the surrounding competition this company is definitely not worth it !

Chelsey was very helpful when securing my storage unit. Although I didn’t need the unit for the entire month, she helped out by giving me the lower rate. I would absolute use this place again for my storage needs.

Chelsey is so absolutely amazing!!! She is so helpful, very courtesy and outgoing!! Outstanding customer service all around! No storage place matches up to Secure Space Storage! I highly recommend this storage place - will not need to look any further! Not only are the units large (lengrh and width) - the heighth is unbelievable!

They were extremely nice about the whole process and they gave my 2 year old some candy to keep him occupied I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in the area who needs a storage unit.

The management went out of their way to help me. They also don't nickle and dime you for everything. They are ANAZING! I'd recommend them to anyone.
