I've been using Storage Depot in Murray, Utah for much longer than I ever expected (!) but am very satisfied with their facility and support folks. The facility is clean and well maintained. I'm confident it's safe and reliable. The staff is a pleasure to deal with, pleasant and helpful.

Great space and price, theres lots of cameras, employees helped right away when i made a mistake and did 2 units instead of 1. They are friendly and give a good piece of mind. Thanks for a good experience the last 4 months!

This place is impossible to get a hold of. I've called twice a day for a week and all I get is their call center who can't do anything about the wrong amount I was charged. Not to mention, when we tried to move our stuff in, we waited nearly two hours for someone to show up at the office during regular business hours. No sign saying they would be gone or at lunch or anything. The maintenance man didn't even know where the office lady was. Very shady with their pricing, I was told $23 for my unit and I would also get a promotional 50% off. Now they "can't find the discount," after I was told, in person, it would get added to my account for the next month. If you ever do get a hold of the office lady, she's very cold and rude. Wouldn't recommend this place, we've only been in our unit for 2 weeks and have had problem after problem.
