My Fiancé and I had the best experience at Sierra- West Jewlers! We had the privilege of working with Fred at the Murray location, as he helped us find the ring of our dreams. He not only brought in multiple diamonds for us to look at but he made sure the design of the ring was what we wanted as well. He was very educational and helped us learn about the diamonds. He wasn’t pushy like other salesman. Instead you felt like you were talking to a friend. Thank you Sierra- West for being so good to us!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a specific looking ring to be custom made and after going to several stores that were unable to custom make anything that we liked. We found Sierra West and they worked with us to make the exact ring we wanted. The process was easy, smooth, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Fred was the one who helped us out and he was the best! Highly recommend this jeweler to any body!

Best costumer service I’ve had from anywhere in years. I had an amazing experience working with Kristen. I had a lot to learn about jewelry and creating a custom engagement ring. She was very good about answering my manny questions and helping me out with ideas to create the perfect rings. After shopping around, in my experience all of their products were priced competitively and fairly and reflected the craftsmanship and costumer service. I never felt like I was being upsold anything for no reason either. I even was talked into more reasonable options than I had in mind. Not because of the price, but because they matched the look we were going for better. It truly felt like the priority was creating the perfect ring not getting me to the top of my budget and that was greatly appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!Thanks again Kristen!!

We had a great experience at Sierra West. We actually went on a Saturday in September and it wasn’t too busy. They were patient as I tried on a bunch of the engagement rings and didn’t like a lot once I put them on! But we found one that I love. They have great package deals for wedding/engagement rings where they will take care of you and your jewelry long term. Really happy with our experience here.
