I was very disappointed with Sephora at Fashion Place Mall when we visited today. My son has been saving his money to purchase a bottle of fragrance & was dismissed several times when he told employees that he would like to purchase the bottle. We then went to Nordstrom where he received prompt service and my son was treated with respect, patience & professionalism... and where he made his purchase & will be in the future.

It was really busy on a Saturday, and there was only one register, so expect a long wait in line. A lot of their tester products are stolen or empty, but the people working there are happy to help, and show you lipglosses or whatever you want to see if you're willing to ask. It is VERY expensive, expect one bottle of lip gloss to be around 30-40 dollars. But, mostly all of the products are worth it for the quality.
All in all a very good experience!

I love Sephora! I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Olivia, who I admit before. She was outstanding and extremely helpful and helping me select under eye cover. I also love the return policy with Sephora. I've only returned things once or twice and it's always a pleasure to not have to hassle If you get something that doesn't feel right after you get home. Thanks for being a great store and for employing fabulous folks.

What a fun store to be in. I am so grateful that I had a chance to go in this store and experience all of the fun make up and try things out before I decided what to purchase that is such a blessing. I'm grateful for my experience here.

Go to Ulta where they actually have a legitimate rewards program. I used a gift card at Sephora downtown SLC to buy Patrick Starr Blush. They were out of the one I wanted so I thought I'd buy something similar since the one I wanted was out in all the stores and online. I decided I didn't want to succumb to something I didn't really want so I returned it to the Murray location. They gave me an IN STORE credit. The blush I wanted was back in stock ONLINE but not in any of the stores. So I was out my gift card that I could have used online. I called Sephora corporate office and they said there's nothing they can do, I can't use the credit online. So now I either have to wait for the product to be back in store which hasn't happened in like 3 months or buy something I'm not in the market for when my gift card could be used on whatever I wanted to use it on! Such a rip off. They gave me extra points but those don't get you anything but free samples not really a benefit.

Amazing selection of a variety makeup brands. This is a very busy location, but they also offer several services such as reasonably priced hydrafacials with an aesthetician.
