Not helpful and rude employees. Nice store filled with good products, love LOVE Sam’s club but this location didn’t have the friendliest employees. When I asked this employee with a beard for help he said no straight up. Maybe he had a bad day but I didn’t like that very much, Sams club, you should hire people who know customer service.

There is only 1 person doing receipt check. They are much more intensive than Costco's receipt checkers. They scan EVERY item in your cart. I waited almost 5 minutes on a Monday to leave the store.

The workers are generally very friendly and helpful, they have good fresh and organic products and a wide variety of household items, the prices seem good to me in terms of quantity and quality

The store is okay but the food court is absolutely embarrassing. They usually have one person making the food, taking the orders, and resupplying all the pizzas and pretzels into the oven. They do pay somebody to make sure they check your receipt when you're leaving but can only pay one person to work the food court. If I worked in the food court I would be absolutely mortified and embarrassed to go to work everyday.

Nice store, not as much selection as Costco. The gas station part is never as jam packed like at Costco so I like going to Sam's Club for gas

Smaller club but they have pretty much everything and have fuel. It was clean and a good visit.

I will be switching to Cosco. My daughter went in to get a temporary card since she forgot hers at the house. She was informed that the membership was expired and she would have to renew it. She asked for a temporary membership until her dad could be notified and renew it, and they declined. I've been a business member for a couple of decades, and they wouldn't extend it a couple days? The real kicker is that she said she watched the person in front of her have a similar situation, and they said 'no problem ' and issued a temporary membership.

It's a Sam's club. You should know what to expect. Of course. We love the chickens and I do like the selection of fruits and veggies that they have.

Every time I shop here the check out person is always extremely slow. And usually only one check out open. I don't use self check out because it takes jobs and benefits from people.
