TLDR: overall good place to get tires and tire-related services but expect the possibility of lengthy wait times at appointments.Pros:- Good brands, wide selection, and very good prices on tires, especially during sales.- Good services included on tires that you buy and price fairly for tires bought elsewhere (wish they did things like alignments though).- The face-to-face interactions I've had have all been good or great, they've got that aspect of customer service down pat. Friendly and knowledgable.- Some tire shops might sell you older tires that have been sitting around for awhile (possibly years) but the tires I've had put on here have always been very new. (If you're unfamiliar, look up "DOT date manufacture code"; tires are stamped with the week and year that they were made.)- They called me to help me save money when they had no obligation to do so. I ordered some tires in mid-late November that were on sale. A week later I got a Sam's mailer showing a new sale starting Dec 1st which included free installation ($80 value) and figured oh well, tough luck. However, I got a call from the tire center asking if I'd like to shift my install date to Dec 1st to save the $80! I was really impressed that they'd proactively each out to help me - and presumably others - save that money.Cons:- If your appointment is for later in the day be prepared for them to take 1.5 hours to get your job done. You can try calling ahead to see if they're behind or on schedule but you're almost certain to not get an answer (see last item in cons list below). I get that slowdowns throughout the day happen and add up, but this has happened to me every time I've had an appointment any time other than when they first open or shortly after. I guess it's like a doctor's office and you just have to put up with it.- Despite being behind schedule it's common to see employees glued to their phones hanging out at the back. Maybe not all of them are certified to do the work on the cars or they're on break and don't want to hang out in the cold open-air bays outside, or maybe there's only so much work to be done at a time. In any case, it doesn't come off well when the shop is collectively over an hour behind and there are three employees heads down scrolling for 15+ minutes.- Maybe this is true for all Sam's Club locations now and not just this one, but any calls get forwarded to a centralized, outsourced call center. The reps I've spoken with have been friendly but communication has been a struggle.

This review is for the tire center, and our experience today. My husband and I needed new tires before winter, and called in to schedule an appointment for both our cars one appointment at 8:00AM and the other at 9:00, I was there early by 7:45, waiting by the bay not knowing I needed to check in inside. When no one opened the bay by 8:00AM I went in and no one was even there! I walked around to customer service no one was there, and finally asked the door greeter where they were. She said they should be there, finally they said there he is, I looked at my clock and he was late to work. I went up to him and asked him if he worked in the tire center, he said yes I then told him I had an appointment at 8, and needed to check in, he then proceeded to tell me they don't have 8:00 AM appointments, and said let me guess the call center set this up. (The hours for there center say they open at 8AM) apparently he sets his own hours and gets there when he wants. I also told him I needed to check my car in soon because I needed to be on a meeting on zoom by 8:30 AM , he told me that I needed to reschedule. I'm like what? I'm going to take the zoom meeting here and wait for my car. Then he said well you're going to need to wait while I clock in, which took another 5-8 minutes. He finally rang up my tires but wouldn't let me use my Sam's credit card on file I called my husband who was on the way with our other car and told him what was going on. He said he would be right there, then Raul told me that if we are 20 minutes late he couldn't take us!!!! I was trying to pay with the new Sam's credit card I just got and he didn't know what he was doing, another customer service lady said I couldn't pay with it! By this time I was in tears! I went back to the Customer service desk and asked someone else. An angel who I wished I got her name! She came over and got my payment resolved in no time. Finally got one of my cars back, but Raul claimed we were late and pushed the second car to 11! No one else was there!!!! My husband stayed and waited. And got out of there by 12!!! I've been a loyal Sam's member for years! Never had an issue like this until today. My husband reported Raul to his manager. But not sure anything will be done. I don't give low scores often. The Angel deserves 10 stars Raul 3490 should be let go. He has no customer service skills, and was awful, he's refused to even try to use my Sam's card attached to my membership. The Angel at customer service helped us and showed him it can be done. Overall other than the wonderful customer service rep I won't ever come here for tires again!

This place has the worst managers. If you have any issues good luck. You have a manager like Vicki that is not qualified to clean y toilets and talks down to members and acts like they are a bother to deal with. Vicki is an absolute disgrace to be called a manager and should be demoted to clean the toilets and not have any contact with members. Avoid Sams club altogether and quit making the Walton family richer by shopping there.

So, my friend needed to quickly grab some plastic forks/knives/spoons, and we quickly drove here. The entrance way was a little bit congested, and there were quite a few carts blocking the pathway. All in all, the store seemed somewhat organized, but there were quite a few carts that were scattered about, getting in the way. We used self-checkout, so I can't say much about customer service

WORST Sam's Club in the nation. Rude employees, no selection, and the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Avoid this Sams Club at all cost. Am contemplating switching to Costco.

Wasted my time and misled me when I trusted them. Won’t go back to Murray again.

We stopped going to Sam's club years ago, are are loyal Costco fanatics. This year my employer offered a discount Sams membership so we thought Meh, let's give it a try!! Here's the pros/cons IMO: Pros - 1- scan and go, love this feature! Literally scan your stuff as you load it to your cart, pay on the mobile app, quick check at the door, and you're done! 2- They do have some items that are fun that Costco doesn't have. 3- location is easy to get in/out of 4- scan & go at the gas pump too! CONS - 1 - gawd forbid you forget to scan something in your cart!!! You'll get the wrath of the crusty person that has been working the door for a gazillion years, like eyeball rolling, glaring, "how dare you!!!" WRATH!!! 2- they tend to be out of stock on our favorite go-to staples a lot. Each time you go back, you may or may not find what you found last time 3- so-so customer service, people here do not seem happy to work here for the most part. You won't find happy friendly helpful people like their competitors. 4- don't expect the food court to be like Costco, it's not. The pizza DOES NOT COMPARE, yuck That's all I've got for now, hope you find it useful dear reader!!

As you enter sams club, you have 2 sales representatives who will not take no for an answer. No matter what you say, they find a way to ask you in a different way whatever they're asking. I simply ignore them and walk by. If they don't get you, they send around one of their own sales people, navigating through the aisle to track you down, as you say no to this person, they inevitably condescendingly ask, "what you don't want to save $100?!?!" I said no the first time and honestly I'm already a member of the program and am just sick of answering by now. Ever.... Single... time I come here. Also, they never have more than 1 lane open.... It's like a fake to them as to how far they can extend the line. The further the better. Job security I guess

I feel like I should join some type of Sam's Club Anonymous program, I've always been a fan for stocking up on meat, bottled waters, co-worker holiday gifts, holiday treats.. but since this whole pandemic ordeal, Sam's club has been my spot for dependable grocery shopping all the while staying within a reasonable budget! The gas prices are more often than not the cheapest. Their packaged salads are great and cheaper than anywhere, avocados are often on sale, their meat prices are hard to beat when comparing price/quality.. their products are great and we always build up enough cash points where our membership pays for itself. I could go on and on, but I think you get the gist..
