Katherine completely destroyed my long well maintained hair. She started off by telling me she was not in a good emotional state. I’m a people pleaser so I tried to trust the process. I showed many example pictures including some of myself with thicker strips of blonde hair. She was extremely rough frizzing up my hair to dye it in small highlights (not what I wanted) whereas other hair dressers would do this very gently. She then brushed through it after the dying process was done and ripped my hair to shreds. I got this done in November 2023 before my honeymoon in December and my hair still looks horrible. Some places were pulled out from the roots that are slowly growing back and the rest of my hair has the texture of a shag rug. I’ve had to buy many expensive hair products and vitamins to get my hair to grow out faster. It’s going to take at least 3 years to grow out the damage she caused and return my hair to waist length. I wish I would have spoken up when she was frizzing up my hair like she was mad at it or stopped her from brushing it out but I’m working on being less of a people pleaser. Even the scalp massage was rough like she was working out her aggression at the expense of my hair. I will probably never go back to any salon and get my hair dyed after this experience. Included are photos of the damage and 2 photos of what my healthy hair used to look like.

It's okay, the haircut. I got a deal from Groupon. I tried it just once, and it was okay. Is it going to be my stylist? No, I have to keep looking. My service included the conditioner, but she didn't use it on my hair.
Also, my haircut was okay—not so good, not too bad.
Requested style: Soft Layers.
Hair type: Wavy, curly.

It was my first time to get my hair done here and I was nervous about having to trust a new person to do my hair as I wanted. Well I have to say that Catherine was so friendly and comforting that she helped me relax a bit. I of course was still really nervous, but when she was done I was so amazed and pleased!!!
She REALLY knows what she's doing. I had a cut and color, but I was done in a couple hours. Shortest time ever from previous experience. I now have found a new and trustworthy person to do my hair and also relieved !!! Don't hesitate to try her......you might be really happy ?

First off I never write review but I had to write one for this awesome salon! They are so friendly and made me feel so welcome even though I was a few minutes late to my appointment. The front desk lady is so nice. They have you wash your hands when you get there, we love a clean salon. I got my bangs trimmed by Dezire and it’s one of the best bangs trims I’ve ever had. She also managed to get every split end of my hair cut. It’s the worst going home after a haircut and finding split ends the stylist missed. Will most likely be going back!

I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. I purchased a Groupon to have my acrylic nails done, but I was unable to utilize it during the three months it was valid since they never had appointments I had to find another salon each month, the only time they gave me an appointment they called me to cancell. I tried to contact them by phone but they never pick up. Terrible! I was lucky that Groupon assisted me with the reimbursement.Now that I am reading the comments below, I see there are many problems with people who bought groupon all complaints about the bad service. Don't waste your money here! my mistake not reading the reviews before doing the purchase with them. Never again!
