This company does not seem to care about their customers. I decided to go with this company because they were local and have high ratings on google. I went to the Revo website and filled out a form online to get a quote for a new PC I needed built as the one I currently have is dead. I got an auto no-reply email verifying my form went through. The reply said it takes 1-2 business days for someone to email be back for a quote. I filled it out early Monday morning and now it's the end of Wednesday and still no response. I sent an email to the sales email address to see if they got my form but I still have not heard back from them. How long does it take to get a simple quote? If they are too busy to send a quote, why can't this company send a quick email reply back assuring they did get the form and would be getting the quote when they have time. No communication. I decided to find another company that can take care of me. Do not go here if you need a PC. I wanted to support local small businesses but this company is a disappointment .

I came in to Revo Technologies to install new pc parts in my computer in short I feel as If they were trying to rob me. They attempted to charge me 146 dollars for a 1tb nvme ssd. I told them that’s ridiculous and that I could buy a 1tb nvme with heat sink on Amazon for 80 dollars! So he brought the price down. I stupidly bought an intel I5 12600k for 260 dollars. That’s a sham. This isn’t a freaking pawn shop! I feel as if Revo is fully aware of this and they are just hoping you will go for it. Any after all that Sawyer or Calvin or whoever was helping me asked what I wanted to do with my graphics card and I told him I wasn’t sure if it worked and he replied “I’ll test it for you” I was disappointed to find they hadn’t even tested my gpu and just left it to the side.Thank you for having my pc done by the next day. But seriously get your things together I’m very disappointed with my first experience at a PC store :/

Jerry and Adam and the whole team at Revo did a fantastic job. We had our camera server go down. They listened to our needs made some recommendations and got us a great new server that checks all the boxes. Fantastic turn around time and wonderful communication. I’ve been thinking about upgrading my gaming PC and they will be my first call when I’m ready to upgrade. A+ customer service and support. Awesome company.

I have spent exactly $166.53 at Revo Techologies in the hope of fixing my laptop which suffers from BSOD errors. $75.20 for diagnostic fees, $53.73 on labor, and $37.60 in reinstalling Windows 10.After 2 weeks and over $150, my laptop still has the exact same errors as before. The staff while friendly, was unable to determine the source of the errors and suggested a costly RMA to HP.Looking at reviews for this company suggest their expertise is in computer purchasing and computer assembly but my experience shows a major lack in knowledge and unwillingness to stand by their repair services. With high costs and unforeseeable endpoint, I suggest customers consider other avenues of business.Edit: Solution from the team is for me to throw more money into the hole. No thanks.

Great experience working with Jerry and Adam. I had a pc project I wanted to finish for my wife, they were able to get me situated with a new motherboard, CPU, GPU and labor; very reasonable with pricing and excellent service/knowledge. They were also very understanding when I was underwhelmed with the performance of an RTX 3050 and didn't hesitate to make it right- that type of service level is rare, I will definitely use Revo for future pc builds and hardware help!

I’m not going to bother going on Amazon or Newegg again for PC parts after having been to Revo. I’m serious. If you need any part or peripheral it’s going to be cheaper here and don’t get me started on how knowledgeable these guys are. I’m a PC guy my whole life and Jerry was instantly on the same page for my vision of a PC build that I’ve been thinking about. It was very easy to bounce ideas off him and figure out what I needed without breaking the bank or cheaping out on performance. This is the place to go if you’re looking to upgrade or build a PC. It may sound like I’m a paid spokesperson but I was blown away!P.S. The picture is the completed build
