Ive been looking for a car detailing place like this since I moved to Utah! If you are like me and want a clean car inside and out and don't want to pay $100s of dollars for it, this is your place! Thank you so much for my clean car! My dogs will make sure that Im back soon. :)

Prompt is an amazing car wash. Everyone of the people that work there are very courteous, hard-working, and pay attention to detail on your car. I will never go to another car wash again and this one being a Touchless wash for my black truck makes it even much better.

We needed a quick wash for our car. This place does the job nicely! Our car was sparkly clean. They even have a deal where you can come back if the weather messes up your new wash.

Bought a car to fix up and sell that was very dirty on the inside, I wasn't able to make it here until late in the day on a Sunday so they didn't have time to do a full detail but they definitely went above and beyond on the interior and the car is looking so much better now

If you have a nice car and don't want brush stroke scratches - this is the place. The interior cleaning is also so nice for those of us that are a bit OCD with our cars. It's also an added bonus that I get to drop off/pick up my dry cleaning while I am there!

I have been hesitant to write a review of this place. The reason was to keep this hidden gem a secret. But this deserves the review so I went for it. The hard work, Dedication, Amazing customer service, Quality Of service has kept me coming here for years. Hands-on leadership that makes it right every time is the glue at this place. The real stars of the show or the employees that g Provide the elbow, grease and dedication. It takes to beautify our vehicles. Special shout out to Ely says who always has a smile on her face and an amazing worrk ethic. She goes above and beyond The professional service you expect to see at a place like this. Thank you for what you guys do. I refuse to go anywhere else.

I've been a customer at Prompt Car Wash for the past two years because they offer brush-free car washes and usually do a fantastic job. I understand that the car wash is busy, and I typically expect it to take about an hour for the full inside and outside service. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Prompt Car Wash needs to address their customer service issues, as their attendant's attitude is driving away customers.
On Sunday, June 23rd, I arrived at the car wash around 1:15 pm and went to the inside and outside car wash line. The red light was on, and I wasn't sure what it meant. When the female attendant (from what I can tell, all the other workers are males) approached, I asked if they were still doing inside and outside washes. She initially said no but then begrudgingly mentioned I could wait over an hour and 20 minutes. I agreed to wait, and she shockingly replied, "You suck." I was speechless and unsure if she was joking, but it didn't sound like it.
As she wrote down my order, she questioned why I came less than an hour before closing. I pointed out that they close at 3 pm, to which she checked her phone and realized I was right, without any apology. She then waved me through the wash.
It's a shame that such an amazing quality service is marred by staff who lack proper customer service skills. I've never been rude or difficult with the staff, but I'm tired of them continually trying to dissuade me from getting the full inside and outside wash because of the wait and making me feel guilty for choosing a service they provide. Here's a tip: don't offer the service if you clearly don't want to do it.

They go above and beyond with their cleaning here! And for such a good price. The people who work here are also super kind and attentive. Worth every penny!
