Had reasonable hopes for this tax planning company, however, they seem to have fallen far short. The first call with Ryan Bishop was very much a sales pitch on their services and tax planning. For anyone who is curious, I was told they have two available plans for clients. The first is $4890 per tax season, they call it the "reactive" plan, meaning you only work with them when you're in need of help. The second plan is the "proactive" plan, which is $2390 as a one-time setup fee and then $99 per month for as long as you use their services. To me, these options both sound expensive, much more than the $600-$700 I currently pay my tax advisors to guide me and also file my taxes every year (including for the multiple sole proprietorships I have). I mentioned this to them, but also asked if they could do an individual hourly rate session, just so I could determine the value of their planning services based on what I would be told in that session. I was told they would figure this out. However, it's been two weeks and they never contacted me back. So it seems like some of the other reviews might be right, they only have a fast response when they want to get you to buy.

I was referred to Prime Corporate Services by a business collegue of mine. After scheduling a call with them, I was quickly contacted by Josh Jennings. He was puctual on our Zoom call and gave me a fantastic breakdown of Primes services. I have been researching business and corporate entity and tax strategy and trust structures. After spending some time with Josh, I felt comfortable starting to work with them immediately, particularly as this year end approaches. Their fees were reasonable and I like the way they borke down their fee structures, it is how I like to do business. If you have any questions about business formation, tax strategy for investing, or setting up a trust, I highly recommend reaching out to Prime and asking for Josh directly!

Chris Jackson was very thorough in his explanation of his company's services. I have had my own business in the past; but, never received such detailed information as I received from Chris today. I am looking forward to working with Prime Corporate Services in building my business!

Just got off the phone with Russell, and if it wasn't for him, I would've rated a 2-3. I had an initial zoom appt at a set time, but my rep was a no show. Once I reached out about the no show via text, another rep, Russell, called me and he hopped right into the fire to distinguish it. The value I got from Russell will be a game changer for my business. Although, I can't get my time back from the initial tardiness of the first rep. I don't regret one minute of the time that I spent talking to Russell, who has aligned me for legal protection and organizational success! Thanks, Russell!

I find Prime in almost every interaction I have with them for the last 2 years to be about selling their services and using scare tactics in order to get you to use their services. I made one phone call to another company and they have provided more information and been more helpful to me than the last 2 years I have been with Prime. I do not recommend Prime at all for anything. Their "consultants" and "trainings" have all been sales pitches with very vague information about what they do or provide.

Excellent customer service. I got my LLC set up in less than a week. It was fast and easy, and everything was explained very well to me. Although I had some knowledge, they helped me understand how LLCs work and what is required in my state to start one.

I've had my absolute last straw. Issues across the board with this company. It started with the development of my LLCs. Once they were set up I was not able to get a hold of my rep. Then it was with the tax services. I was not given guidance and even when I was it was post and incomplete information. I just got my 2023 taxes and they were filed wrong and I got fined because the income was reported incorrectly. Do not do business with them. I've tried calling and every time I get voice mail. No one answers the phone and when I leave messages I don't get call backs.
Not going to change the last 2-3 years though I will share based on this review Riley called me to try to make it right. Probably the most helpful person I've dealt with thus far.
