“Excellent customer service and the techs are fantastic. I am a single father and my schedule is crazy. I got there 5 mins after close and would have totally understood if they turned me away. The tech was a sweetheart and still let me pick up.”

“Great gas prices best in town (well wirth a membership for the gas savings). The lines are usually long. Wish could drive in more than one way. Sadly more of pumps are for passenger side gas doors. The older gas attendant is Johnny on the spot about thouroughly cleaning the pumps between customers. Also will promptly get you your receipt if the roll runs out.

The windshield wash fluid is always dirty. The squeegees are the cheap ones tgat leave streaks. Never time to check the oil and other fluids & not get honked at. The young guy cleaner clerk doesn't wipe down only sprays between customers. Plus he is unpleasant.”

“I used to think another more expensive grocery store was the only chain to carry locally produced items. I also thought the other chain had the best bakery, providing excellent bread and baked goods. I have consistently found everything I am looking for at Macey's. Well done, Macey's!”

“I love this pharmacy team. They have always taken care of me and my needs. I ran out of Metformin and they gave me enough to get me by until my doctor's office could send in permission to refill the meds. They always answer all of my questions that I have about my meds. This staff fantastic.”

“I switched to having my pharmacy be here. It was previously at the Taylorsville Walmart. This is a great central location. The pharmacy itself has great hours. Everyone I've encountered has been really friendly and really knowledgeable. They don't seem as busy as Walmart, and the prices are even better. I'm so happy I've made the switch.”

“TLDR: overall good place to get tires and tire-related services but expect the possibility of lengthy wait times at appointments.Pros:- Good brands, wide selection, and very good prices on tires, especially during sales.- Good services included on tires that you buy and price fairly for tires bought elsewhere (wish they did things like alignments though).- The face-to-face interactions I've had have all been good or great, they've got that aspect of customer service down pat. Friendly and knowledgable.- Some tire shops might sell you older tires that have been sitting around for awhile (possibly years) but the tires I've had put on here have always been very new. (If you're unfamiliar, look up "DOT date manufacture code"; tires are stamped with the week and year that they were made.)- They called me to help me save money when they had no obligation to do so. I ordered some tires in mid-late November that were on sale. A week later I got a Sam's mailer showing a new sale starting Dec 1st which included free installation ($80 value) and figured oh well, tough luck. However, I got a call from the tire center asking if I'd like to shift my install date to Dec 1st to save the $80! I was really impressed that they'd proactively each out to help me - and presumably others - save that money.Cons:- If your appointment is for later in the day be prepared for them to take 1.5 hours to get your job done. You can try calling ahead to see if they're behind or on schedule but you're almost certain to not get an answer (see last item in cons list below). I get that slowdowns throughout the day happen and add up, but this has happened to me every time I've had an appointment any time other than when they first open or shortly after. I guess it's like a doctor's office and you just have to put up with it.- Despite being behind schedule it's common to see employees glued to their phones hanging out at the back. Maybe not all of them are certified to do the work on the cars or they're on break and don't want to hang out in the cold open-air bays outside, or maybe there's only so much work to be done at a time. In any case, it doesn't come off well when the shop is collectively over an hour behind and there are three employees heads down scrolling for 15+ minutes.- Maybe this is true for all Sam's Club locations now and not just this one, but any calls get forwarded to a centralized, outsourced call center. The reps I've spoken with have been friendly but communication has been a struggle.”

“I have been a patient here for probably a year and a Half. Love the staff. This place has changed my life. Hate to see Tomas go to a new location in American fork! Thank you for being such a great and friendly place!”

“I've been here twice as it is close to my home and in my health care network. I've never had to wait as long as the "wait time chart" says it will be. The nurses and doctors have treated me kindly too.”

“Good selection and prices, but often new stock is blocking aisles or freezer cases in the middle of the day. Usually at least one check stand open without a long wait”
