The employees here are the actual worst. They must all go to high school together, because they couldn’t be bothered to stop gossiping about their classmates and help out a single customer in the store. Either there were 15 employees working at one time, or the few who actually work there just invited all their friends to come hang out with them. There were six or seven kids behind the front desk when I went to check out and they literally just stared at me and continued their conversation when I walked up. I kid you not, I had to interrupt their gossip session and say “May I please buy these clothes” before anyone would check me out. And then they just glared at me like I was inconveniencing them. I’ve never felt like such a burden while shopping. Crazy.

Great store itself, but the employees are rude. There was an asian girl working at the fitting rooms and she was SO rude to my friends and I. She rolled her eyes when my friend had asked for a room (nicely) and when I was waiting in line, there were girls in front of my that took the longest going into the open room when I had asked about it. While I waited for the room, she processed to tell me, “Just so you know, you can only have four items.” When the girls in front of me went in, she had more than four items…
Overall my shopping experience was terrible. The store itself has a great selection and clothing, I understand sometimes it could get hectic or it may be a stressful day, but no need to be rude to customers that were polite to you FIRST.

I was going to get theses shorts because they were on a 50% off but they didn’t ring up as the 50% so I told the cashier and she was very rude and annoying that I told her i didn’t want them anymore. I work as a cashier as well and couldn’t imagine being that rude to someone over shorts. Definitely need nicer people working here

Terrible return policy.
Bought somthing about a week before Christmas as a present, and it turned out to be too big.
The day after Christmas we went to return/exchange it and they said they won't return/exchange after 5 days.
This is exactly why Amazon and other larger companies are taking over retail. You need to learn from them, PacSun. This is pathetic.
Amazon pushes the return deadline for most products to January 31st of the next year for things purchased as early as October, because they understand that customers shop for the holidays well in advance of the holiday, and if a present dosen't work, they need to be able to return it after the holiday.
You've removed yourself from the group of companies that can be used for holiday shopping with this ridiculous return policy, and that's where most the money is in retail.

Today I went to this store, but I was surprised to find that the fitting room was closed for something as simple as “the flow of people is greater these days…” I liked a pair of pants and I couldn’t try them on. I decided to leave the store immediately. This discourages the purchase and makes the customer buy blindly.

Couldn’t even use dressing rooms while you were shopping. One of the worst shopping experiences that we’ve experienced is at this location.

Horrible return policy. They have some products that if you order online you are not able to return it no matter what. All the items I bought online were cheap quality and came dirty. Never coming back here again.

Employees seemed to be trained on how to be rude and ignore customers questions. The whole time I was there I was glared at and felt unwelcome.

Horrible customer service.3th time I am going to return some items,this lady pretending a manager,not doing my returns and telling me that the sistem is down.When your system is down you can easily offer cash back to your customers just so you know,but she said no.Never going to shop there anymore.

I can't even remember the last time I've left a negative review anywhere because I don't.My daughter and I had the absolute worst experience at this store last night.Everything that all the other reviews on here explains our experience completely as well! It's seriously that bad and worse.Extremely rude employees that are unhelpful and definitely not trained in "customer service" whatsoever. Nobody is trained to actually problem-solve.It honestly feels like the policy here at this store is "ignore customers, if they ask for something make them feel stupid, and the customer is ALWAYS wrong."My daughter needed to try on some jeans so she had something to wear to school the next day (we drove 30 minutes just to come to this store!). The staff not only refused her access to the fitting room, they were rude and super weird about it. My 16 year old daughter was in tears because of how they spoke to her making her feel stupid for even asking.There was another person using the dressing time the whole time while they denied access to us.This policy is the worst! And if you're going to have a policy that dressing rooms close almost a half hour before the store does, then put up a sign AND have one of your (numerous unhelpful) employees go around to all the shoppers and kindly do a "last call" for dressing rooms. It's called effort and respect!This policy is lazy, rude, and definitely not customer oriented.There were other shoppers behind me in line complaining about the policy as well (I was the only one brave enough to speak up).If I were the owner/operator of this store I'd be ashamed. This is beyond a customer service problem...your employees treat customers like trash.
