Awful customer service they lied about what they can do..told me that can test alternators so I brought one back with an hour and they said they couldn’t test it. Wasted my time.

This place is the worst. Never enough cashiers for how busy they are. And the cashiers are clearly miserable. You can stand there for like 45 mins to eventually talk to someone who hates their job.

They don't scan check engine lights, but they forgot to take the big sign that says they scan check engine lights down I guess.

Tried to get a refund on a starter that i bought earlier and Juan both denied me the refund and was exceptionally rude, i know it was paid in cash but i even offered that if it was returned on a gift card like other stores have done for me before it would be fine, but i'm afraid i'm never coming back to this store in particular. I'd honestly give zero stars if it was possible due to other bad experiences i've had in here.

Waited a while inline to buy oil because the clerk was flirting with some customer. Ended up leaving the oil at the store because the line do not move for a long time and the other employees appeared too busy to check us out

Told me my battery for car was bad and that it wouldn't charge. Took same battery to Auto Zone and they said it was good and got it charged up, and working great.
