Extremely terrible service, poor communication, they definitely overcharge, and the owner has a bad attitude problem. I asked him multiple times to provide an update on what was wrong with my car and he wouldn’t. At the shop I explained I just wanted an update as he was holding my car for a while, and he responded that I can leave and get out of his shop. We’ve been here twice for the same problem, and the car is still not fixed. Terrible business, do not come here unless you want to get scammed out of money.

Cesar did an amazing job with my car. I thought it was totaled, but he towed me off the freeway, fixed the engine, and repainted the whole car for a really reasonable price. Best customer service I’ve ever had, I highly recommend, especially if you have a Volkswagen.

Extremely experienced, honest and fast. They know exactly what they are doing - amazing work they provide, very reliable. I had BMW's all my life and had few good and bad experiences. I was very delighted with their service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Huge THANK YOU!

I don't usually write reviews, so when I do, it's because I'm highly satisfied.I'm a single mom and I work full time. I don't have many moments to get car repair because most car shops close before 5-6pm.I had some reallyyy bad brakes; I needed to get them fixed ASAP. (but, everywhere was closed.) Murray Auto Repair showed as 'open' on Google, so I gave them a call around 5pm (on a Saturday!!)Not only did they answer the call, but they were willing to take me in right away without appointment. I was given clear pricing and time frame. Both were honored, and pricing was completely fair/affordable.They are honest and hardworking people. I HIGHLY recommend you come here as a customer, not only because of the flexible hours, but for the great workmanship as well. I will be coming here from now on for all of my car needs.Thank you for your hard work and great experience!

My AC was acting up again and I called. They were quick to get onto my truck and it fixed in under two hours. Overall amazing job, my AC is working better than ever. I am absolutely coming back to Murray Auto Repair the next time something in my truck's off.

I left my car with these guys because of a broken engine; they did great! Fast response time and my car was back to me in no time. The owner is amazing and gave me a great deal on the work done on my car. I will definitely come back again.

**GENUINE CON MAN WITH POOR ATTITUDE**Auto Insurance company sent Ceaser the owner out to tow me to a shop because my car wasn't working. I waited about an hour and called him to ask where he was at. He answered the phone saying "He isnt taking Sh** from nobody today and he will just leave me on the side of the road if I cant be patient. " I simply was calling to make sure he could tow my AWD vehicle. He arrived nearly 2.5 hours later and said hey I will fix your car for 450 dollars if its the fuel pump. I gave him my keys and told him to fix it. I picked up the car the next day and it ran fine. He then gave me the total of 621 dollars because he said he had to add the Fuel Pump cost to the 450 total. I asked for a receipt for the 1 year warranty he promised but said that will cost you and extra 50 dollars to get a receipt. I was upset but paid it and left without a receipt. A few weeks and one or two trips later the car ( I dont drive this vehicle much ) I go to start my vehicle and it wont crank. I do a diagnostics and guess what its my fuel pump. I open up the gas tank from my back seat and all I see is a 20 year old rusted fuel pump in the tank. Cesar the owner charged me for parts and work he did not perform on my vehicle. Looking at other reviews he appears to do this to alot of people. I tried to reach out and he hung up on me when I confronted him of the situation. I have filed a chargback and won with my credit card company and I am also reaching out to local, state, & federal authorities as he appears to be avoiding both local, state. and federal taxes by not issuing receipts to his customers. He is also a fraud and should be criminally charged. I recently just replaced the fuel pump on my own and my vehicle is running great now.

Cesar's company is legitimate. He quickly diagnosed and fixed an AC clutch issue. He got me in very quickly (answered my phone call immediately) and he allowed me to be a part of the process by explaining to me visually while the car was raised and also answering questions I had. He is originally from Chile and appreciates the opportunity America has given him. He is a genuinely nice person and fun to talk to. He is ambitious and a big time go-getter! I would not hesitate to recommend his services. A+++

My car broke down on the highway at 21:15pm last night, we called almost everybody and nobody was able to help, we looked around and we found this place shows open 24/7 , we called, and they were available to tow my vehicle over to their shop, since i was within 5 miles they said if you let us fix your car the Towing is for Free. I could not believe what i was hearing, we agreed to take our broke down Subaru Outback , they checked it as soon as they got to their shop , and they found out that the Alternator was out. They told me that they could order a new Alternator, and they gave me several options !! , they stated that the Alternator will be at 8am delivered at their shop . We agreed again and we left with our friend that came to pick us up, They immediately called me the day after at 10am to let us know that the car was ready for us to be picked up. I totally recommend this people, are super nice to work with, they helped tremendously last night with the FREE tow and diagnostics, and only charged us 2 hours labor for replacing the Alternator.

If I can give a negative star.. wow. Forced me to leave my car saying they couldn't do anything to it without $300 down payment. Super weird. I got no diagnosis the entire time I was there, and when asked for it he said it's be $59 to print out a receipt. Do not go here. Scam artist.
