Don't ever drive past this business when they get out of work. Such RUDE people. I drove past and this car who pulled out in front of me. I had to slow down or I would've hit him. I honked and he flipped me off. I wouldn't want someones first reaction to be negative working for me in any situation. They are all crazy and none of them off them know how to stop. Be better people at work and outside of work.

Great customer service they found me the best quote on insurance without any hassles every time they've said that they're going to call me back and they have it was hassle free which is very hard to find when it comes to insurance as we all know

Worst insurance ever, any changes that you request don’t ever get done by them. They have been charging me for almost all year when I requested for commercial vehicle to be removed. Plus y’all the fees and other charges they told me that I will get back and I never did.

I have been working with Monson Insurance for a couple of years. I had a great experience with Phil. Once he left the company I have had nothing but trouble with follow through. Trying to get a new policy has been extremely difficult. Beware that communication is terrible.
