Be prepared to bring a whole stack of cash. My serpentine belt cost $1003 to replace. Never again…

Second time I went in, and the building doesn’t have a single sales person available. I need to pick up some parts and there is virtually none in the building to help.

The best experience I have ever had leasing a car. Mini of Murray knows how to treat a client. I was never pushed or sold to. They let me know my options and really listened to my needs and got creative with an option that worked for me. I can’t tell you how much I love my new 2024 Mini Cooper SE.

Not very good customer service. Hard to get to the person needed.

Zimran in service was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Dealer service centers tend to get a bad rap, and for good reason – I've worked with a number of dealerships across a litany of brands in the valley and ?; I typically prefer 3rd-party shops. Zimran didn't waste my time, wouldn't let me pay for service that I didn't need, and quoted reasonable prices for work I did need. 10/10 would recommend.

I just purchased a vehicle from Mini of Murray and it was the most seamless experience I have ever had working with a dealership! I worked with Caroline and we did most everything over the phone, since I do not live close to the dealership. Negotiating the price of the vehicle was so quick and easy, I couldn’t even believe it! My last vehicle I purchased through Young, and it took HOURS and it was not a great experience. I would absolutely go back to these guys again to purchase a vehicle, they were amazing and I cannot thank them enough for such a great purchasing experience! A HUGE thank you to Caroline!!

DO NOT LEASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!! I'm currently writing this while my son is trying to purchase his mini that he leased from here. My son chose not to continue with mini and has already purchased a new car from a different dealership. He asked for a 10 day payoff, which they emailed him. He is trading his mini into the new dealership and is just trying to buy it outright, for the price they gave him. Ever since he walked in the door, they are trying to get every last penny they can from him. First they tell him the emissions need to be done, even though they are not due for 2 more months. Then they are saying he actually owes MORE money than they told him because "taxes are different in murray". Shouldn't they know all of that information BEFORE they give him a 10 day payoff?? They are clearly upset that he chose a different car conpany over mini and they are trying to make this as difficult as possible. How petty!!

The worst experience ever. No help ever and always getting run arounds. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced on multiple occasions.

I took my Countryman in for an oil change, and was informed that one of the motor mounts was leaking, and the battery was no longer providing a full charge. After my nearly $3,000 bill, I will have to consider different repair options in the future. The parts prices weren’t horrible, but the hourly shop rates were ridiculous. Took 3 hours to service my car. Motor mount was $350, and battery was $380. Rest was shop fees.
My oil change was an additional $120.
The waiting area isn’t bad; with access to water, coffee, and soft drinks. Service staff is friendly, but the hourly shop fees are ridiculous. Parking is tough during open hours, as the dealership is in old town Murray right on State Street.

I can say this with full confidence now, Adi is the worst salesman I’ve ever encountered in my life. He lied to me over the phone and threatened to sell a custom made vehicle I ordered from the factory unless I signed documents while I was on vacation (without seeing it) just to meet his December quota and here’s the kicker, HE DIDN’T SINGLE MESSAGE FROM ORDER DATE, UNTIL THE CAR WAS A WEEK FROM COMING. No updates, no communication.
I confronted him over the phone after the initial threats and told him that the car was there a month earlier than expected, I was on vacation in Texas, and that I wanted to see and inspect the car in person before signing any documents. He backed off and agreed it was insane to ask this, especially with his lack of communication over the delivery times. That wasn’t the end of it. He called me 12/31/23 now fully threatening me and telling me there’s a customer there that is interested and he would sell it if I didn’t sign the documents end of day. He backed off when I asked to see the documentation of when the car was officially delivered. The first threat came in 12/27/23 and the contract he was using to threaten me said I had only 5 days to pick up the car wouldn’t have allowed him to sell it until January. Funny thing is that I picked up the car on 1/20. Why was it all the sudden okay to pick it up 20 days later? His quota. His integrity out the window over a sale of an easy softball order of a fully stocked JCW Mini Cooper. All he had to do was not be a terrible human being.
I ended up posting on reddit about it and I was told by so many Mini purchasers and Mini salesman (former & current) that his threats were incredibly slimy. In fact, here are a few quotes:
“Ask to speak to the sales manager. I’ve never had a mini salesperson act like that. If anything the Mini Dealers I’ve worked with have been more laid back than other dealerships”
“Hello, ex-MINI sales rep here. Not only is this not normal, but it’s a really shoddy way to do business, and a [terrible] way to treat a client.”
I think all the positive reviews on here are because he’s a charismatic young guy. Great. Definitely a huge asset in sales. But, the one thing I hope every single customer thinking about purchasing a vehicle from him knows, is that he lacks integrity and principles as a man. I have zero doubt now that he would put his own commission over what is right. And that is the worst thing a person and salesman can have.
To add a little more to his ignorance as a salesman. I’ve been trying to piece together all the documents to get my license plate since I’m close to the date the temporary one expires. Who knew that apparently dealerships are supposed to do this and give you the license plates? Apparently not Adi. He didn’t mention it once. And one last thing that is just infuriating: he tried to sell so many of the tints/extended warranties/ppfs without ever really asking me what I needed or wanted. This is what I needed and wanted: a salesman to tell me that it would have saved me hundreds of dollars to install the Mini windshield mounted cameras if I ordered them while the car was being built. A good salesman would’ve asked questions about everything I needed and wanted, not just try to make a quick buck by throwing all these useless upgrades and seeing what would stick.
