Great store, kind and helpful costumer service

I thought this store was a good place until I decided to upgrade my phone to the Motorola Edge and bring a friend in as a new customer so he could get the same phone for free. I ordered the phones and I was charged 600.00 dollars. I paid for the 2 phones and was told they were out of stock and due to presidents day they would not arrive until Wednesday. I went in on Wednesday and they had not arrived. I was upset but they said due to snow back east they were sure to have them in by the next Wednesday the 29th. I went in and talked to them on the 27th and the 28 th and was told they had not arrived but for sure on the 29 .My friend and I went in on the 29th and we were upset. They still had not arrived so we asked for our money back The manager played around with the credit card machine and reported that their machine had quit working and he would provide us with a written check on the 01/31/2025. This store had kept 600.00 cash and informed us of a written check in two more days. I have never been treated this bad in any retail store in my life

Bad experience, there is a Colombian girl who works, she sold me 2 ipone 11 phones on September 2 and told me that she had a promotion that for carrying those phones she would give me 2 headphones, 2 speakers, 2 cables, 2 chargers and it turns out that she charged me for everything. She's a liar. It is wrong to deceive deceive customers that way.

If ur white ur gonna get taken advantage of here they think your stupid I'm tired of the scams they keep pulling real convenient they say ask for upgrade price and some how it's still sticker price or 10 dollars off I went to a different location completely different and way lower prices just make sure u use ur brain when coming here

They charged me almost triple here for a basic sim card and service, which should have been free. Make sure you call another store before you go here so you know if they're ripping you off or not. 0/5 stars.
