I was very disappointed in the service I received at this location. Had the worst facial ever. I felt bad for her at the time so I still left her a tip . I informed the manager she needed more training and I wanted a credit back to my account. After a little bank n fourth she said I could have $15 worth only at their location. No thank you!! I’m never going back there! I feel bad because she was nice but seriously, they need to make sure their staff is trained in what they are doing. Total waste of money.

I haven’t gotten a massage in a long time and really wanted one last minute, I was able to book one an hour ahead from when I booked it online! Same day. The receptionist gal in the front was really sweet and Grant was a wonderful massage Therapist! Perfect pressure(: much-needed, thank you!

My massage therapist, Dartanian, was amazing! I would see him weekly if I could! He spent so much time and did an amazing job.Unfortunately, this location no longer recognizes the value of a massage and make you pay the difference in value from your home location. My “home location” is Sandy, and I was charged a $35 difference from what I already paid. On top of that, they use a tipping system that requires you to pay a convenience fee.So unfortunate as I’ve always gone to this location, not my home location. Hate these new practices. Been a member for 15 years but am unlikely to continue now. So disappointing.

I have to say I've not been happy with the way massage envy treats clients.I'm probably speaking more on the 4th South office in Salt Lake City. Horrible front desk service. Absolutely, that won't even pick up the phone. Terrible way to treat your clients that you're paying money ?.It's frustrating because when you're getting a massage you want a good experience and they don't provide one.I'll definitely be going somewhere else.

Worth experience ever employees keep quitting. No appointments available they are 2 months out.If the employee quits you have to reschedule.I would not recommend

There are a lot of negative reviews on here, and although I understand the frustration with booking an appt, I'm SO glad I did. I received a gift card from a friend and did have to book my appt for a few weeks out, but it was worth the wait. Chase is honest to god the best massage therapist I've ever gone to. (I've gone to A LOT) I've had some minor dull back pain for 7+ years. Nobody (doctors, massage therapist, physical therapist) have ever been able to get that pain to subside. In one single hour session I had absolutely no back pain for the remainder of the day. The massage was 10/10. He communicated so well, applied enough pressure I actually felt like I was getting a massage and not someone just rubbing my back. I really appreciated that he listened to all my questions, applied multiple techniques, and was super friendly. I literally cannot say enough good things about Chase.

Do not go if this location if it is not your plan location they will up charge you! But if your plan payment actually is more they won’t refund you either!

If this location is not your home base, you will be upcharged for coming here. Big disappointment when it's difficult to even get an appointment at any location.

I called and asked if I could come in to buy a gift card. The person who answered said yes and confirmed they closed at 8:30pm. I arrived here at 7:17pm and doors are locked and no one in sight. Posted hours of operations is 8am-9pm. Very disappointed I drove here for nothing. Shame in Massage Envy.

I was given a gift card to get a massage here. I used to go in Massachusetts to Massage Envy all the time and it was always a solid massage. This one wasn’t super great. I was told my massage was at 6:30 so I arrived just before. Then my massage ended at 7:12! It was supposed to be an hour. Apparently they had me down for 6:15 but never told me?! The massage was short but what I got was more of a tickle down with some good moments of deep tissue massage. When I explained the situation, the woman at the front desk didn’t seem to care about it at all. And no offer to get credit to come again.

I've had some good massages here, but the customer service along with other locations seriously declined over the past couple of years. And Massage Envy as a whole is unfortunately another corporation that has unexpected red tape/fees/etc.. I think the money would be much better spent supporting local wellness businesses and therapists.

Scheduled a massage three months out and then they change the time probably thinking I won’t notice. Horrible service and still charged for a no show even though they changed the time. Do not sign up. Everyone I know is trying to use theirs up just to get out of this place. For the same price you can got to a day spa with spa like amenities. Receptionists are rude. Managers never work so you can’t fix their error.
