The store is very clean, organized, and well-stocked, with a great children’s shoe selection and a clearance area overflowing with deals. New items arrive weekly, offering brands that wow at prices that thrill. The checkout process is speedy and the staff is generally very friendly. However, experiences can vary. Some customers report unprofessional employee behavior, including staff using profanity. The dressing rooms and restrooms can sometimes be disgustingly filthy, with dirty floors. Aisles are occasionally blocked with items. While some employees are young and inexperienced, others are helpful. Despite these negatives, many customers find the selection and prices a reason to keep going back and often leave happy.
