I have to say ever time I come to this store ever one is so nice and helps me I have never been ignored like I have been at Sephora you guys are great I will always come back and when I went on Friday you guys help my daughter and me she felt so good after that so thank you for being so amazing

I just finished shopping and met a male service. I asked him questions and he kept busy! When I was checking out, he was asked to check out for me, but I kept waiting until next person to help me! felt racial discrimination.

LOVE this store!Ask for Zach Barnes-Fierce if you go!I went there today on my lunch break… walked in & he made me feel so welcome!I told him I did not like my current foundation and that I felt like I looked as orange as a pumpkin. ?He immediately took action finding me the correct color and even took the time to remove my current foundation, apply the new one, tidy up my eyebrows and top it all with a beautiful blush within 10 minutes!!!I returned to work feeling like a million bucks!I am a client for life!Thank you Zach!!!

Zachary Fierce is the definition of a TRUE M.A.C. artist. I haven’t shopped at the brand for quite sometime, but he definitely mademy visit outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, and does not make me feel like he’s trying to sell me something. Everything that I’ve expressed in regards to what I was looking for and maybe even some suggestions, Zachary was a wealth of knowledge and very authentic.

Tried to see if the sales associate could find me a similar color of my current Mac lipstick, but in a different formula. In the process, she smashed the tip by putting the lid on while it was fully extended. The tip broke the next time I applied. I'm very displeased.If she wasn't so rude and uncaring about it, I wouldn't bother reviewing. I understand accidents happen, but acknowledge and apologize, at least.When her half-arsed attempt to find a match failed to yeild results, she grudgingly looked for a replacement for me to buy (I was almost out) - she seemed annoyed that I was trying to replace my color, and surprised when it was easy to find. I planned on buying more than I did, but I kept it to the basics because I just wanted out of there. What a snob!

I am a delivery and I work with time, they made me wait more than 20 minutes just to deliver an Uber eats order of 2 items that they already had ready. They are pedantic when serving you. not recommended. this just happened to me 11:51 am on 11/08/23

I went to Mac Murray tonight to pick up some foundation. Mickey helped me and she was outstanding. She made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend this location and Mickey!

I usually don't mind this place but my experience here hasn't been positive. I love MAC, their products, but that's it. The way the people handle business doesn't seem professional.

Customer service out the door ! Walked in today to exchange out my containers and was told that they no longer do the recycle program . That it ended march31st and apparently an email was sent ! Never got an email . I was turned away three weeks prior to my visit today by an employee advising me to come back because I was short a container needed! Now when I return after being taken done by Covid I am advised no longer an option. When I asked for corporate information from the male employee I was speaking with today his response was won’t matter they won’t care anyway “Can’t do anything for me ! Never gave me information and walked away so the ZFG attitude ! Horrible service !

M.A.C thank you so much for a great shopping experience yesterday!I had my new baby with me and it was difficult to shop but your brilliant employee Zachary was a star! He not only looked and carried himself so fabulously, but he was soo helpful it was so refreshing!Thank you for hiring him, M.A.C! The products were amazing and Zachary helped me pick out, apply, and purchase everything with ease. 5 stars!

Terrible customer service. After being rung up incorrectly on a return and re purchase, the manager was condescending and rude. I rather take my business elsewhere. I've had much better experiences at Nordstroms buying MAC makeup.

Two workers from Sunday were definitely racist. The heavy set Caucasian girl had such an atttitude with me the entire time. She was so sure should be able to match my skin tone with one try and and when she failed miserably she was such a j*** about it and everything after she rudely tried 5-6 bottles different shades or make up. She ignorantly pulled out a shade that was 4 times darker than my skin, and when I told her i didn’t like it it was too dark for me, she said well no it’s not and it depends on where where you’re trying to match and I told her I’m trying to match my skin color.. maybe my neck!?!!!! The Hispanic they just stood there watching my adult child and I look at things as if we were going to steal… if I didn’t have enough money for Mac make up I wouldn’t be in that store. I love Mac make up and I used to love going there but because of this interaction, I will only shop online. The bottle of concealer they sold me was not even full!!

Came in to exchange a foundation & concealer after my first time purchasing here. the guy was really rude after the cashier told him she helped me with a new shade. yelling at me "well I showed you this color first & you said it was too light". when he didn't even let it oxidize. after finding a good shade, I guess, I was rung up & the cashier said this is my final purchase. they had a lot of comments such as "it looks fine to me but okay" to add during the whole thing & it was just plain rude & unwelcoming. The first shade was too dark & made me look red. if I'm going to trust a "professional" to match my shade & spend this much money to try to look & feel pretty, I'd like for it to match. if it was that big of a deal then they should've just told me no returns. i was really excited to be a customer till today. They made me cry. I'm just trying to feel pretty. Sorry I even walked in.
