So my son walked in to the fashion place location because he had a great experience at city creek. The fashion place employee needs to realize that not every kid that walks in there is out to steal!!! Talk about discrimination!!! Will not be supporting this store anymore!!! And will let family and friends know about my experience and not to support as well. Thank you for giving us a bad experience. Was at location around 7:30pm.
Think I need to write a letter to Mark and Mo Constantine.

Stopped into Lush today to grab some hand cream. The Lush back home is clear across town and I'm too lazy to head there. This joint is conveniently in Fashion Place Mall so of course I had to make my way in.
The scent of this joint will always be my favorite. I have loved their products for years. One of my favorite face masks that the discontinued wad the Sacred Truth. I would drive to the ends of the earth for that mask!
A sweet gal helped me today. We went through all the different hand lotions. She was patient while I was going through my options. I end up going with the hand lotion with flax seed in the tube. I thought the packaging on it would be better in my purse.
Lush will always be one of my favorite stores to hit up. The store is always fun to check out. The staff is always knowledgeable and nice. I'm glad I got to come in and check this store front out. I always find what I need here and I always leave happy.

I wasn’t a huge fan of Lush but I’ve been to this location 3 times recently since I live so far .. and all 3 times I’ve been treated with nothing but the upmost respect! Shopping with a 4 year old is sometimes stressful but Taylor made it so special for us! She definitely knows the definition of above and beyond customer service! Thank you so much Taylor you have been amazing!! I’m posting this weeks later but been thinking how we are so quick to give bad reviews and never good. Well here’s my review 😍🩷

I must have gone on an off day but your staff didn’t seem very… inclined? to answer questions, make recommendations, or get samples. honestly it ruined the experience and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I’d recommend the lush at city creek instead. they are always SO informative and wonderful, not like this location at all.

I had an absolutely wonderful time in this Lush today. I’ve been a customer with the company for over a decade and I love trying out new stores. Taylor was there to greet me when I arrived and was so helpful in showing me the new items! I was stoked about the new packaging on the dusting powders and got two! The vibe was fantastic in the store and it was super comfortable to shop in. The store was organized and testers were clean. Will absolutely be back 💗

It’s an interesting store. Has lots of smells. Even have body scrub, if you want to smell good go there. They have pretty good smelling soap bars. They also sometimes let you test their bath bombs which is awesome. They have tons and tons of bath bombs. I saw one that was toothless from how to train your dragon. Super cute store.. go in there if you just want to smell good.

CHLOE is the swaggiest employee ever, customer service 10/10, someone give her a RAISE!!!! Manager or something. She answered all my questions immediately and showed me how some of the products work. I'm in love with her🖤🦇

There’s a sales associate, Chloe at this Lush store that’s super helpful and nice!!! She show all the kids a bubble bath-bomb demonstration. It was such a great experience. Thank you!
