Needed a car for my son. Chari Wilson was responsive, understanding and focused on what we wanted/needed versus what they wanted to sell. Great experience all around. Thank you Chari and Larry Miller Lexus!

There appears to be a disconnection between the personnel who answer the phone and those responsible for carrying out the service at the dealership. To replace a broken side mirror on a Lexus, I called the dealership and was advised to bring in the vehicle during operating hours for an assessment. Upon arrival, they were informed that no one was available to assess the car, despite being told over the phone that an assessment could be done during working hours. Eventually, an assessment was conducted and an appointment was scheduled for the repair and an oil change the following Tuesday. However, when I called to confirm the appointment on Monday, they were informed that there was no record of the oil change being added to the service repair. After making the adjustment and arriving for the appointment, the individual was told that the part for the repair might not be available and would need to be rescheduled. Although the technician located the part, the car was not washed as previously promised, despite the dealership's reputation for having an exceptional service department. In conclusion, communication breakdowns between the dealership's phone personnel and service staff resulted in several misunderstandings and inconsistencies throughout the process.

We visited the Lexus dealership and sat in three of their used cars and suv and was surprised by how dirty the interior of these vehicles were. Empty water bottles, food crumbs in the cup holders, wrappers on the floor, spilled nail polish in the console and dirty leather on the arm rest and leather. I was amazed that they were being shown in this condition. Not just one vehicle but all three that we looked at. If this is how they manage their cars it makes me wonder how they manage their business overall. We will not be shopping here again. Management needs to seriously manage their inventory.

I have a couple complaints. We were given a loner to use while our car was being repaired in Sep 2021. It was obviously not cleaned because when we opened the back of the SUV there was used pink string bikini underwear in it. We turned it in and told them and they just laughed. During Covid you would think they would double check the cars before letting someone use it.Our 450HL and been totaled and with the limited amount of cars on the lot we bought the ES300 . It has had problems with the trunk falling down on us and causing pain for over a year. We have taken it down to get fixed but it doesn't do it all the time. We were told we had a warranty and to wait until it got worse or the warranty was almost over before bringing it back in to get repaired. I was surprised but we left even though I was tired of being hit in the head. Finally after several visits to Lexus and taking videos of it coming down we got someone to say they would fix it. When we were told the part came in we took the car in and it was repaired. Problem is it is still doing the same thing. The following day we went back into the shop to speak to Sean Nava whom we had been working with and he was not in a good mood that day. He said I can get it in next Monday will that work. My husband said okay but please have them check it before we pick it up. Try to get someone who knows about the trunk and cares about their job because as soon as we opened it we knew it hadn't been fixed. It only dropped a couple inches but as long as it didn't come down hard on our head we were fine but after opening it a couple times it is doing the same thing. Sean looked at us and said don't be condescending. Husband said I am being honest. It is 40 min drive to come down here and I have a job I have to leave. Sean said Monday at 8 and turned around. We have bought 5 Lexus and never been treated like this.

I have been trying to take advantage of my last Lexus Complimentary Service that is provided to me when I bought the car. I work for a dealership North of Salt Lake and have been trying to make things work since Last week. The problem is that I work the same hours as Lexus Murray and have been asking for a loaner to use to get back to work after dropping off my car so I can get back to work myself and was denied a loaner and was then recommended to use the shuttle van, (which I have no problem) but I am outside of the range. And when I finally got a call back today now I am told the next available appointment isn't until over a week out which will put me over my miles. (Which I always do whatever I can to get my services done and n time). I have been told twice that I will get a call back from someone that I can talk to about this and have received no calls. At this point, I am just going to pay to get it done at my location even though I was really hoping to use up my last Complimentary Service at Lexus... Very upset with this... Do not recommend.

Absolute horrible service trying to purchase a car. We were trying to put a deposit down on a vehicle and we were told that it didn't matter if we put a deposit down but I'd rather do business with local people.

I drove my 2003 Lexus ES for 17 years. It was a great car. Last year, I was in the market for a new car and took my beloved Lexus in for a routine oil change and service. At that time, I went to the lot to look for a new or slightly used Lexus. My budget was, frankly, sufficient to purchase pretty much any car on the lot. I wandered the lot for a good 45 minutes, passing salesperson after salesperson, groups of salespeople visiting and laughing, groups of salespeople riding around the lot in a golf cart (I'm assuming looking for potential buyers), and not a single person asked if I had any questions or needed any assistance. Not one. So, I went with my dream car that I've wanted since I was 16 instead. Not going to lie, it's a little "crazier" than a good, old, reliable Lexus, but it's significantly funner to drive! The real, and much more disturbing issue with this location occurred more recently and involved the service department. My elderly dad wanted to buy my old, well-loved 2003 ES. So, knowing it had a couple issues, including a power steering leak that had been diagnosed more than a year earlier, but not caused any major issues thus far, I took it to this location to have a diagnostic, a $165 diagnostic at that, before passing it on to him. I was contacted and told the vehicle had one minor issue that required something to be cleaned off and the aforementioned power steering issue. They told me that, apart from those two concerns, the car was in decent shape. I gave it to my dad, who picked it up from the service department to have his questions answered. He proceeded to take the car to a mechanic friend to make sure the pricey diagnostic I had done at Lexus checked out. I kid you not, one of the tires was mounted backwards! How does this not get noticed during a $165 diagnostic!? The power steering was minor seepage only, and there was practically no fluid loss at all, definitely doesn't need to be repaired for the over $2,500 Lexus quoted, more than once! There were also other minor repairs that needed to be done, an engine torque mount replaced, a filter change, etc.. I'm absolutely livid these issues, which were obvious, weren't caught during the diagnostic. In fact, I have my doubts a diagnostic even occurred.

After a rocky start with the reservation system, which they have outsourced, I was treated well. My car was quickly worked on and they gave me a list of suggestions of issues they may need tending to in the future. The waiting area is nice and snacks were pretty good. I hate going to the mechanics, but they made it pretty painless.

Called yesterday morning to schedule a service apt, never received a return call. Called back towards the end of the day and got someone who said they had no apt until next week but if I came in as a walk in between 7-10 am they would get me in. Drove almost and hour to get there this morning to be told that it would take at least 3 hours to get my car in.

Have to say our experience dealing with the folks at Larry H. Miller Lexus has been excellent. Micah especially has been nothing short of amazing to work with. He took time above and beyond to help my son and I find just the right vehicle and took his day off to help us through to the point of ownership. Really appreciated that that time and care. I feel like we've made a new friend.
